A lovely modern well equipped and designed hotel. Good location. Breakfast excellent. Had dinner and obtained the VIP perk after chasing. Thereafter all good.

Lovely hotel in a very good location

Easy checkin online, room allocated before arrival with my requirements, on arrival at the hotel scan my QR code at an automated machine and issued with room cards without queuing at reception. Superior Room was small but adequate. Complementary bottles of water, tea, coffee and packs of biscuits were nice. Bed was comfortable but the duvet was too heavy, and made us too hot. Breakfast was uncomfortably busy as there seemed to be many coach tours staying over at the hotel. Food provided was ok, not brilliant. On the buffet beans cold, bacon, sausage cool and mushrooms not fully cooked.

My third stay in the Maldron and honestly again it was perfect, staff were very helpful with helping me organise a surprise and the room was perfect and clean as always.

Hotel was great. Friendly staff and very central to all things. Bathroom was fantastic size and very clean, however room itself a bit cramped.

Nice hotel with restaurant on site, but a little spendy. Lots of eateries and shopping in the surrounding area. Centrally located. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet.

Quiet inside despite construction in the surrounding areas.

Professional and helpful reception. Good location. Easy walking distance to bus station and Queen Street train station. Three blocks to commercial district. Room completely quiet, good beds and reading lights. No drawers for clothes but housekeeping will provide extra hangers. Shower excellent. Bathroom lighting poor for shaving. Good towels. Room too small for lounging other than on the beds. All in all 9 out of 10.
