Room was fantastic when we eventually got it. Arrived early to have them tell us our booking had been cancelled. Took an hour to sort out, staff were lovely, whilst waiting heard another couple with the same issue. A stressful start to our break. Room was lovely and very comfortable, felt brand new.

Customer service was excellent. The room was very nice with a clean, modern bathroom & spacious shower. We were able to walk to lots of sights and shops in town. There are also great transit options if you want to get somewhere in a hurry

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of June ~ hotel is located within a walk to Royal Mile and is located on a quiet street. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.
