Room lovely and a good size. Location great and lots to do nearby. Staff at reception and bar were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast menu/buffet was excellent and had all the options, full Scottish breakfast (yum!), pastries, cereal, yogurt, etc. Coffee was delicious and plentiful! The room was large and very comfortable. Very quiet too, so slept very well, ready to sightsee the next morning. The staff were super helpful with providing info.

Good choice at breakfast, the bar and helpful and friendly staff throughout the hotel. However, the heating didn't work in the room, the bathroom mirror light didn't work, so we were given a floor based heater which worked.

Quick and easy check-in, Large clean room, huge bathroom. Great breakfast selection. Lovely dinner in the restaurant. Pleasant attentive staff. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a fantastic area for the Royal Mile Princes Street and the railway station. Hotel is immaculate with friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent

The room was beautifull and very spacious. The bathroom was huge and had all mobility access. Everything was clean and welcoming. The restaurant has a great menu and food was of high standard. Breakfast choices were plentiful, well presented and delicious

Friendly and efficient staff Fabulous breakfast

Everyone was very helpful and the wheelchair facilities were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if my husband is well enough in the future we will no doubt return to the hotel. Many thanks.
