Very nice hotel, the room was quite large and clean. Only drawback is that it is a 1.2 mile walk to the old city so there isn't a whole lot going in the area around the hotel.

Highly recommend for people who are visiting Novi Sad or Serbia for the first time. Lovely staff who are always there to help, hotel is very well maintained and the room was very clean. Close to a lot of different things. Will definitely stay there aging!

We choose this hotels because it advertises two pools, although we knew in advance it's not really near the downtown. The hotel does offer a nice indoor pool and a great breakfast, but the outdoor pool had a lot of bees flying around, the room was rather small compared to the US, and the window was open letting a lot of mosquitoes in. The staff also raised some concerns about a child staying with two adults.

Small room and very noisy with dogs constantly barking outside. The room was clean and the bedding and towels were lovely.
The ventilation system only blew in heat so it was impossible to have only a fan going.

I spent 2 nights at Prezident hotel. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful, discrete and professional. It took me no more than 2 minutes to check in successfully.
My room was comfortable and clean. The location is convenient and the services the hotel offers are amazing.
I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Has some issue with lighting switch (could not switch of one lamp) - I reported at the reception, and the electrician was there within 10 minutes... new hotel, in excellent condition. Location is easy to access, good parking, but nothing special in nearby distance to take a walk or so.
