Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card, Hotel confirmation. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

General Check-in Instructions

We are pleased to share that guests may enter Sentosa by presenting the confirmation letter or email provided by your booking agent, clearly stating our resort name and the dates of stay. Kindly proceed via lanes 1, 2, or 3 on the left side at the manned gantry. Upon check-in, a QR code will be issued to allow multiple entries into Sentosa throughout your stay. Guests may also enter Sentosa via the Sentosa Express (monorail). Please make your way to VivoCity, Lobby L (Level 3) and proceed to the ticket counter. Present your booking confirmation or email indicating our resort name and dates of stay. Alight at Imbiah Station, followed by a 5-minute walk to Amara Sanctuary Sentosa. If you are driving, we are delighted to inform you that complimentary parking is available for our in-house guests, for up to two vehicles per room. Additionally, we are pleased to share that we offer complimentary shuttle service. The shuttle bus is available to and from HarbourFront MRT Station, Exit D (opposite VivoCity), with a stop at Resorts World Sentosa at selected timings. Pros: Bed is clean, air con is silent and works well. The restaurant (Tearoom) served wonderful 5 stars food, including its breakfast. There is a shuttle bus from hotel to nearby and to Vivo city. Fast check in and check out. Cons: The hotel (for Premier room w balcony) need some facilities upgrading soon and to do a throughout cleaning. Room is generally dusty (seen from cups and parts of cabinets) and tile floor need proper mopping (the tiles had some chocolate stains from previous occupant which i had to clean), the cleaners were rushing to clean during peak hours. The basin and shower area wasn't clean properly. The shower water will wet the restroom as the glass door is not properly sealed. There are no space or equipment to hang multiple wet clothes and shower towels (poor design) Additional towel and toiletries requests (from room TV app) only came the next day afternoon.

Room was quite spacious but the lighting was too dim. Dated furnishings. Found a lipstick stain on bedsheet when we returned at 11pm. Didn’t want to call housekeeping as it’s only a night so just cover with towel and slept. There was quite a crowd at breakfast but staff were patient and courteous. A good variety of breakfast spread but quality is average. A plus point of this room is the water filter installed for guests convenience. Complimentary snacks and drinks at mini bar. Room not soundproof and can hear noises from the neighboring pipes and corridor. Having said that, it was pleasant to wake up to various types of birds chipping.

room was run down evwn though good gesture by the hotel manager,basin was dirty,dead lizard in living room,malay female staff wearing specs at counter no smile and seems hostile,breakfast was so so,called room dining,transferred us but no answer,not once but twice and left us hanging there! asked for extra blanket,took an bour plus and need to call and remind...really cant compare with rws hotel such as equarius and ora or capella,quite a dissapointment in the room cleaniness and service staff

Room ( Junior suite) was spacious great shower bathroom, bed was comfortable only complaint is the lounge chair this was uncomfortable to sit on very hard. Room probably could do with a deep clean get into all the little nooks and crannies that dirt gets stuck into but daily house keeping did a good job. Staff were amazing 10/10 nothing an issue for them. MJ gets special attention for her enthusiasm and love for life and others. The food that we had was good, chicken wings and Satay sticks yum. Breakfast had a good variety and was always fresh, I would have like Cornflakes instead of Coco pops. The only thing about where we stayed (room) it was a bit of a walk to the dining room and lots of stairs my old knees were aching after 6 days but I would go back but in a different room Thank you Amara for a good week.

We really impreased with our stay here, enjoyed the breakfast the service and MJ friendly welcome was a lovely touch, variety and quality was excellent. The room was clean and tidy and the completmentary cold drinks and snacks in our room was appreciated. We made use of the free shuttle service from the hotel to vivo and Harbourtown drop off and pickup was great.
