It was the nicest Holiday inn i have stayed at.

The hotel is in city center, easy to reach sightseeing points. But it looks a bit old, and there is construction area next to that. Can hear the noise in daytime.

We travelled as a family with a young child, and the experience was absolutely disappointing for several reasons: Terrible service at breakfast: The chef's behaviour was shockingly rude and biased. Despite raising a complaint, no corrective action was taken. Chaotic breakfast environment: It was consistently overcrowded, clearly understaffed, and no one seemed to be in control of the situation. Outdated facilities: Many areas felt neglected and in need of refurbishment. Lack of basic amenities: Not enough towels were provided in the room, and repeated requests were ignored. Empty promises from reception: We were assured that reward points would be added due to the inconvenience caused, but nothing ever came through. Overall, the lack of care and poor management made this an unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel for family travel.

Though not the most modern, it's definitely the coziest & feels most welcomed like home!

Thank you for the front office staff who has kindly assisted to upgrade it to Executive room for early check in and late check out! However, the stay this time as not as comfortable as compared to the previous one. The pillows were too soft causing my neck rest uneasy and has difficulty in sleeping. The TV set sound is too soft even at maximum volume level and the water of shower head is not strong enough. Hope these area could be improved for a enhanced stay experience the next time. Thank you for your attention and assistance!

Good size rooms. Stayed 1 night

The hotel looks dated both from the outside and the rooms yet the rates per night is more expensive than the more luxurious stay across the road at Grand Copthrone. Gym facility is small and slightly dated and again not as good at Grand Copthrone.

This was a very quiet and peaceful place to stay. I really enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast options offered each morning. It made for a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

Property is dated and service is poor for the tupe oh hotel

Staffs were nice & supportive, but Facilities better be upgrated incl bath tub.

The hotel itself was clean, convenient, but aged. Our room felt and smelt damp with the humidity.

I had stayed at the Atrium previously and have skways greatly enjoyed my stay.
