Hotels in Clarke Quay

The loft room was incredible, the service was amazing especially the manager who handled my booking she was amazing, will definitely come back soon.

The staffs are nice people. The condition of teh room is not good. But worth the price.

Stayed in an Executive Lounge for 3D2N. Review of the room: (1) Loft itself was very cozy and pleasant; (2) TV is not a smart TV and only allows screen mirroring and the reception for the channels is pretty bad; (3) Toilet flush is weak and requires multiple flushes (also no bidet if that matters); (4) One of the three power plugs were not working. Review of the hotel: (1) Service is hit-or-miss depending on which staff you approach; (2) We ordered breakfast for Day 3 during the afternoon of Day 2 and the staff told us that we did not make a booking even though it was already confirmed; (3) Hotel card was very finnicky and required multiple inserts and the staff only enabled one card so the other card they provided did not work; (4) International breakfast buffet is standard fare-nothing amazing, but it 's worth the price if you compare it to the price of brunch at a cafe outside; (5) Gym closes at 11PM, could have had a more prominent sign to inform guests; (6) Staff left our bagged trash in the room after room service. Overall: Pleasant experience bar the above complaints.

I took sinlge room first floor. Room is nice, neat and comfort, they also clean room and give mineral water, coffee and tea. Receptionist are helpful, although they are quite and not much talk. Hot shower was great! Separate toilet is big space and clean. Location is super! Just cross street is clarke quay mall and MRT, and walking path singapore river walk and boat quay. This is safe hotel. I am single female traveler.

The condition of the rooms is disgusting, the smell of mold. The receptionist does not resolve issues, they simply ignore requests. This hotel is a real shame for such a beautiful place as Singapore! It is better to live in a tent on the street than to plunge into this nightmare!

Comparing to the capsule hotel I was staying the night before, this one is pretty small. I think the ladder for the top capsules is also very steep. You gotta be careful when you get the top bunk/capsule. They have a homey common space and it's my favorite spot. There are complimentary tea/coffee (didn't try it though, just saw the empty jar), water dispenser, and fridge where you can store your own food. Overall it's nice experience. Strategic location. I met Z (?) the receptionist when I checked in. Very hospitable. Thank you for having me!

Great capsule hotel. Best cheap place to stay

-The hotel room is very very small, very clean and quiet. Convenient are almost cut off compared to a 3-star hotel.-7eleven next door, open 24/7.-Automatic laundry service is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.-Receptionist and housekeeping staff.-From here, take the subway about 5 minutes on foot.-Bus station a lot around.-The place is located in the center, but tourists are still not as crowded as before the epidemic, so the surrounding services are still closed.
