This is the first time in my life that there was no daily cleaning inside the room, no floor mat, wifi is very slow and can't even contact the room service via the in-room telephone.

Both rooms (family deluxe connecting rooms) dirty and no maintenance at all. One of the rooms (no. 1153) even got fungus smells. All the furnitures & appliances are super old and some are broken. You can find some ants around too. We did ask for changed of the fungus room and the receptionist service was unfriendly not really checking the available room instead told us we can cancel the booking if we wished, but we need to cancel through the app to get the refund. It was already 10pm plus at that time. I kept on arguing with her and end up she said there was left with 1 room which allowed us to move. Why she couldn't check earlier instead wasting our time? Upon this settled, another problem again whereby the other room (no. 1154) its electronic hotel card access ' s room door was spoilt unable to open the door. (As before that we entered the room 1154 via room 1153 since connecting rooms). Again spent 1-2 hours to get the hotel staffs to fix the door ' s access but end up unable to settle also. Mean we cannot enter the 1154 room via the electronic card, instead once we went out and return to hotel we needs to go receptionist there to get hotel staff to open the door via their own key. I can only conclude that this was the lousiest hotel which I ever stayed from the past and the money was not worth at all to spend for such super terrible hotel. Even let me stay FOC, I also will reject. Too bad, I forgot to take the photo but I strongly not recommend this hotel to others. Not worth for the money at all!

Very bad experience from check in with a lot of mistakes, and the room card can't access my room. Facility was old fashion and in functional.

Hotel is kind of old, need some serious renovation. When I step into the room, there are hairs all over the place, in the bathroom and everywhere. Wonder if they clean the room or not.

The room looks so old, the carpet looks so bad. Pillow case smell bad. The room smell smoke until I really can't sleep and feel. Now is 3am in the morning:/.

1. Arrived at 4 pm but room still not ready. 2. Towel not provided until 9 pm. 3. No bath mat provided. However the hotel is beautiful and facing singapore.
