I booked this property for 2 nights. Upon check-in, the receptionist did not mention that the booking was recorded as 1 night only. While I was out for work, I received a call asking about my check-out time. I explained that my booking was for 2 nights, but was told the property had only received a 1-night booking. I had to go back and forth calling Traveloka and the hotel while at work, and eventually had to return to the hotel to resolve the issue. It was later settled with an apology, saying it was probably overlooked. The situation was inconvenient and could have been avoided with better handling at check-in.
