Spacious rooms good for family
The best thing about this hotel is the water chalet which I stayed in for 3 nights are spacious. It has a king and a queen bed, so it can accommodate 2 of my children. Apart from that, there is nothing great. The waiters at coffee house are not bothered with guests, they just do their own thing, they dont clear your table when having breakfast. The indian waitress was just concerned of my breakfast coupons. After she collected the coupons , she just go about her own task. She doesnt show me a table. Housekeeping staff doesnt greets guests. The multi storey parking has very very narrow turning. If you are driving big cars like vellfire, alphard, mercedez, please do not choose this hotel. Even an Accord or Mazda 6 proves challenging as I saw drivers winding down the windows as they negotiate the corner. The hotel operates a night food bazaar that starts at 7 pm. Food are pricey like RM15/- for a plate of fried rice, fried kway teow, pasta. Do not order the pasta. Pizza was lousy too. As I dread moving my car out of the parking lot, I only go out once a day for food. Another meal, just put up with the food around the hotel. If you are not driving to this hotel, then it's ok.

Spacious clean rooms, great for family fun
Pros: - great hospitality, wonderful staff - buggy ride to your room (if you stay at the water chalets) - Clean rooms! - Very spacious rooms, the bath room was very big, and there was 2 full queen sized beds - very comfortable beds & pillows - clean sheets - in room slippers - free water - cool concept where you have see through glass in your room and you can see the sea water below your feet -plenty of activities for family and friends to enjoy (although the weather is very hot) Cons: - once you enter the room, you first enter into the bathroom (or at least only applies to our room hehe) - depending on which room you get, you room may be VERY far (and PD weather is not very friendly) - there is no lighting in the shower (so if you shower at night, u need the light from outside the shower - the room is a little old, so i wasnt comfortable using the bathtub (but if it was clean, it would have been a very good bath! hahaa)

All good except food service
nice place especially panorama with sea view but the only thing made all nice things go away is when you pay 1k over you expect a nice breakfast or brunch but the menu is only with 4 options which are not really good ... at least they could provide a buffet or better options for food ... there are nice food if you don’t mind paying 80 bucks per meal
