As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

General Check-in Instructions

In line with the recent announcement by the Ministry of Tourism (Malaysia), the Tourism Tax Act 2017 will take into effect beginning 1 September 2017. An additional levy of MYR 10 nett per room per night will be chargeable to all foreign tourists. Total tax chargeable will be collected upon check-out. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability & charges may applied. You are advised to liaise with hotel directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability. All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a crib. An older child or adult is charged MYR 151.60 per night in an extra bed. Each room can only accommodate one extra bed or crib. Request for extra bed or crib is subject to confirmation by management. Additional costs will have to be paid for separately. Each room is entitled for one complimentary car park. Second car park will be subject to additional charges. Area shuttle service (drop-off only) is available with advance reservation at front desk. Due to seat limitation, shuttle service is strictly on first-come-first-serve basis. Guests may get more information upon check-in at front desk.

Konsep hunian yang memadukan antara hotel dan apartemen, proses check in yang cepat, staff yang very friendly and helpful, kamar yang luas dengan layout yang keren, komplit dengan cooking ware and cutlery set, they even provide Starbucks coffee machine at front receptionist, super love, i’ll be back here soon❤️

I do not upload any photos as everything is perfect except … the room smells of sewage at the main living room upon entry during the dayz and at night it smells of cigarette smoke where none of us are smokers. Asking the reception to deal with the problem but they just put air freshner. I think there is something room with the room ventilation system. Request for a change of room but the management declines it instead giving us with room freshner only.

I checked in on 4pm Wednesday but the room still not ready yet. For breakfast, the food isn't good, the staff said lets go eating to all staffs. So the staff is having buffet when the guest still there. The drop off lobby is far from lobby enterance. Also so hard to find bell boy. When I took an elevator, the elevator stuck and parked! But the room is clean and big.
