In line with the recent announcement by the Ministry of Tourism (Malaysia), the Tourism Tax Act 2017 will take into effect beginning 1 September 2017. An additional levy of MYR 10 nett per room per night will be chargeable to all foreign tourists. Total tax chargeable will be collected upon check-out. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability & charges may applied. You are advised to liaise with hotel directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability. All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a crib. An older child or adult is charged MYR 151.60 per night in an extra bed. Each room can only accommodate one extra bed or crib. Request for extra bed or crib is subject to confirmation by management. Additional costs will have to be paid for separately. Each room is entitled for one complimentary car park. Second car park will be subject to additional charges. Area shuttle service (drop-off only) is available with advance reservation at front desk. Due to seat limitation, shuttle service is strictly on first-come-first-serve basis. Guests may get more information upon check-in at front desk.

ビジネス出張で宿泊。立地が非常に良く、KLCCや主要オフィスエリアにも徒歩圏内。客室も広くて作業しやすく、Wi-Fiの速度も問題ありませんでした。 ただ、チェックイン時にフロント対応で15〜20分ほど待たされました。到着時間によっては余裕を持って行動された方が良いかと思います。 それ以外はとても快適で、また利用したい施設です。

As the family trip in Kuala Lumpur, it was good place to stay I think. It has 3 bed rooms (1 Twin, 1 King and 1 Queen) and separated 3 bath rooms. And also we can feel relax in big living room too. For the first time, I did not know why there were not any bottles of water. But I found the water purifier in the kitchen. Most of things were good, however in the king bed room, I could smell strange in the toilet (bath room). It was a little bit terrible, so the hotel needs to fix this matter.

I booked a 10 day stay at this hotel. I was put to a smoking room that filled with strong smoking smell. The front desk manager told me that they had no other room available and promised to give a room upgrade next day, which she did. We enjoyed it. However, as an expedia VIP, I was told there was no other VIP benefits associated with my booking -- although Expedia.com stated I was entitled with some. The hotel room is spacious with the convenience of having all kitchen settings. The location is close to KLCC mall (only 5 mins walking). But the traffic is too busy in most of the day. It makes hard to get Grab as it is always some kinds of traffic jam around. Another inconvenience is the breakfast place is a building block away. It is quite inconvenience if there is a rain. Other than that, I like the hotel amenities, such as the self-laundry service. I will stay again!

Excellent hotel and pretty well located, 2 minutes walk to the Petronas Towers, 5 minutes to the Aquarium, to the Sky Bar, close to Pavillion Shopping Mall, restos, pubs, etc. Nice hotel, highly recommended.

It was 4 times the price my friends hotel i paid for bufet breakfast and they say closed for renovations they bring paper bag full of who knows what Asked desk they say what you pay for sory sir this is all we can offer for breakfast is local food i asked to cancel day 1 and refund but nothing they keep send 2 days i bring downstairs and say cancel

Very good location, room is nice. The restaurant was underconstruction, and we had to order breakfast everyday, and the breakfast was not good, although they provided some choices, there would be something wrong at the next morning. And it didn't taste good... I had to order grab food instead. They charged me NTD$1080 for the bad breakfast. The housekeeping didn't do a good job either, the trash was in the trash bin for five days without cleaning. The dishes were washed, but not clean.

Loved the location. It’s literally just across the road from KLCC. It was great for shopping , dining and hailing a Taxi. The room was spacious and the pool upstairs had a great view. We loved it and would love to return again.

Hotel was okay. But tired and slow lifts but not a major problem. Sound proofing was good in that I could not hear any other guests, but not great when it came to traffic noise. Great facilities and fridge with a convenience store next door

1. Key card have to be updated daily to access my room 2. Lifts not working well 3. Walk to next building for breakfast as restaurant in hotel is under renovation 4. Breakfast in the restaurant is mediocre at best 5. AC doesn’t work well. Only turns on 9-10pm

ビジネス出張で宿泊。立地が非常に良く、KLCCや主要オフィスエリアにも徒歩圏内。客室も広くて作業しやすく、Wi-Fiの速度も問題ありませんでした。 ただ、チェックイン時にフロント対応で15〜20分ほど待たされました。到着時間によっては余裕を持って行動された方が良いかと思います。 それ以外はとても快適で、また利用したい施設です。

As the family trip in Kuala Lumpur, it was good place to stay I think. It has 3 bed rooms (1 Twin, 1 King and 1 Queen) and separated 3 bath rooms. And also we can feel relax in big living room too. For the first time, I did not know why there were not any bottles of water. But I found the water purifier in the kitchen. Most of things were good, however in the king bed room, I could smell strange in the toilet (bath room). It was a little bit terrible, so the hotel needs to fix this matter.

I booked a 10 day stay at this hotel. I was put to a smoking room that filled with strong smoking smell. The front desk manager told me that they had no other room available and promised to give a room upgrade next day, which she did. We enjoyed it. However, as an expedia VIP, I was told there was no other VIP benefits associated with my booking -- although Expedia.com stated I was entitled with some. The hotel room is spacious with the convenience of having all kitchen settings. The location is close to KLCC mall (only 5 mins walking). But the traffic is too busy in most of the day. It makes hard to get Grab as it is always some kinds of traffic jam around. Another inconvenience is the breakfast place is a building block away. It is quite inconvenience if there is a rain. Other than that, I like the hotel amenities, such as the self-laundry service. I will stay again!

Excellent hotel and pretty well located, 2 minutes walk to the Petronas Towers, 5 minutes to the Aquarium, to the Sky Bar, close to Pavillion Shopping Mall, restos, pubs, etc. Nice hotel, highly recommended.
