Very good deal for 3 bedrooms apartment. There are also 3 bedrooms. Rooms are clean and spacious. Close to the biggest mall in Penang and nearby the airport. It's recommended!

This place is good and rooms are amazing. But it seems like a work in progress since we could hear someone trying to drill something in room above us. Hotel has amazing potential and needs to start in room food service, a fully loaded buffet. Overall very pleasant stay.

Super disappointed stay as the bed is so dirty and the hotel room is super old. The lobby looks new but inside the room is like super old furniture, TV is not functioning, curtains is dirty and etc. Please avoid this hotel.

I booked for 2 night stay at ac hotel Penang and entered using the cashless parking. After validating the first time on 2nd December was informed that multiple entry can be done with 24 hour. However at my second exit, my TnG card was charged and when I approached front desk for clarification, was informed I exceeded 24 hours. The front desk staff was dismissive and unhelpful over this matter without a solution. I have been unfairly charged as I have already booked for 2 night stay and entitled for complimentary parking. I demand a reimbursement. Ac hotel Penang should improve the system to stop this injustice. I thereafter provided a solution from an IT expert perspective and was responded back from the front desk stating that she studied IT as well. That made me wonder reason why is she working at front desk rather in IT.

Needed to wait for room more then 10 min. Was asked to sit down for the room to ready, I guess. Requested for big bad, but got, 2 single beds combined together. Requested for a quiet room but got one near lift and there is a lot of outside noise from the surrounding earlier morning.

The check in & check out was fast. The room & bed is big & nice. The staff was very helpful. One thing need to improve is the range of foods for the breakfast buffet cause very decent like 3 star hotel. Overall is OK.

Check-in done by sweet and polite lady, Nantha. She even gave us complimentary breakfast. This is the kind of service that delights us being a regular customer with AC Penang.
