This is our second time staying here, and once again, it did not disappoint. My parents especially love this place because it is so comfortable. My father was particularly fond of the sofa—he even joked that he did not want to leave it! That alone says a lot about how relaxing the room is. The breakfast spread was reasonable and satisfying. One highlight was the made-to-order roti canai, which is quite rare to find in hotels. It was freshly prepared and delicious. I also loved the sunny side up eggs. The chef cooked them perfectly, with a beautifully runny yolk. Our room had a spectacular view and was spacious enough for our whole family to feel comfortable. The amenities were good and everything was well maintained. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and everyone in the family was happy. We would definitely come back again.

AC Hotel is top notch in terms of customer care. I was more than comfortable here during my stay. The breakfast was good and the location is great. There is a complimentary shuttle that took us to Queensbay Mall and back. Grab car service is regular so I could get around Penang conveniently. Wishing them the very best!

The room is very convenient and beautiful interior. Thank you AC Hotel team, especially Manager Koh, Ms. Shini, and a few others that helped to arrange postage for the item that I left in the room during check-out. I really appreciate the help.

Very good deal for 3 bedrooms apartment. There are also 3 bedrooms. Rooms are clean and spacious. Close to the biggest mall in Penang and nearby the airport. It's recommended!
