这是我们第二次入住这家酒店，它一如既往地令人满意。我的父母尤其喜欢这里，因为非常舒适。我父亲特别喜欢那张沙发——他甚至开玩笑说不想离开！光这一点就足以说明房间有多么放松。
早餐种类丰富，价格合理，令人满意。其中一个亮点是现点现做的印度煎饼（roti canai），这在酒店里并不常见。煎饼新鲜美味。我也很喜欢煎蛋。厨师煎得恰到好处，蛋黄流淌，非常漂亮。
我们的房间视野极佳，空间宽敞，足够我们全家舒适入住。设施齐全，一切都维护得很好。总而言之，这是一次非常愉快的住宿体验，我们全家都很满意。我们一定会再次光临。

AC Hotel is top notch in terms of customer care. I was more than comfortable here during my stay. The breakfast was good and the location is great. There is a complimentary shuttle that took us to Queensbay Mall and back. Grab car service is regular so I could get around Penang conveniently. Wishing them the very best!

Hotel new and very clean. Staff very friendly. Room very clean and cool. Breakfast generous and everyday menu different, everything was delicious. Sure will stay here again when come back to Penang.

櫃檯人員有禮貌！服務人員很熱情，一樓有免費簡單下午茶，提供冰淇淋咖啡和茶
如果到檳城我會強力推薦這家飯店，到觀光景點都20-30分鐘車程非常方便

飯店交通位置不太好，比較少吃的東西，附近只有一個老舊的百貨公司，且都是外勞，最好不要太晚過去逛。房間乾淨，沒什麼缺點，檯燈壞掉了也很快就幫我處理完畢，服務態度跟速度都很好。缺點是房間內燈源很少，偏昏暗。整體住宿感覺是不錯的！
