The hotel is still maintained in good condition. Very good location and convenient to travel around. Breakfast is nice.

Waiting list so long when check out time, because only 2 staff handle this. I told them why only 2 person here during check out time. Must be more than 2 person. And they reaction only silent. And air condition at the lobby quite hot. Please add more staff during check out time. Don't let guest waiting so long.

Very convenient hotel location, able to access the mall via lobby connecting entrance. However, the room is less spacious as compared to the others, room is also to be cleaned once every 2 days due to covid-19 situation now.

Comfortable room, Newly renovated room. Complete facilities. Acceptable breakfast. Most importantly, connected to Midvalley Mall. A little suggestion, the air conditioning system needs to be serviced.
