Very Good

Everything is good just the pillow hv blood stain
It is starting to look a little run down. There were holes in the window coverings and no deck chairs on the decks of the water chalets.
Room is dirty and dusty. Found fresh piss on the toilet bowl and got compensated with free breakfast. Water leaks from roof directly on one of the beds.
- Family vacation
Big room, but the view cover by other chalet..overall nice place to stay
- Romantic Vacation
The view was so great and romantic for a new couples. Got very friendly staffs and very recommended to others
- Romantic Vacation
The cleanliness of the water villa need to be improved. Toilet/bathroom are dirty and smelly. Only 2 towels provided, and hand towels etc. The room is a bit old, torn blind and old furniture. Birds’ dropping are everywhere on the balcony. However we still choose this hotel as our place when in PD as the kids really enjoy the activities offered here i.e the aviary, pet farm, playground and kids spa. If you are on a romantic holiday, this could be the place too. They have 1 adult only pool, 1 common pool and 1 kids pool with water slide. The private beaches (2 beaches u can choose) are clean but beware of sand fleas.. do use the insects repellent provided. Food are okay with reasonable price. Another thing they can improve is to provide buggy service as the distance from parking - lobby - room is quite far depending on which wing you got. Avi lounge is a must go place as it is photo worthy but it is allowed for 12 years and above only. If your room does not include access to the lounge, the photo pass is RM33 (12-5pm) and RM65 (6-8pm) including 1 mocktail drink.
Suggest that your management taking action on reduce or settle the issue of sand flies on the beach there. Other hotel doesn't have this issue. Thanks.
- Family vacation
A perfect resort for family vacation.
- Family vacation
Please upgrade wifi in terms of signal strength and security. Thanks.
- Family vacation
Resort is under maintenance. We were first assigned to an air-con broken down room, then transferred to another slightly better room. Room is aged and wasn't clean thoroughly, sands on the bed, clogged toilet bowl, dust on table. Customer service is not so professional.
