The location is fantastic—only a 5-minute walk to the MRT and 3 minutes to the bus station! The staff are super friendly. I was a bit worried about the room hygiene and Wi-Fi based on some reviews, but my room was clean and the Wi-Fi was super fast. I highly recommend this spot for a budget trip to Singapore!

We stayed at the hotel for a week and the location was amazing. Close to MRT and all the attractions we had planned. The staff were accommodating and although we didn't require much they were happy to help. Booked through this site and they offered us an upgraded room on a higher floor, so views were nice. The room is very tiny and we weren't able to move around much, but that is common in these types of hotels in Singapore, so we knew before we got there. Hotel is very basic and has no dining options, but we were 1 stop away from Chinatown and hawker centres so we wouldn't have eaten there anyway. There are tons of restaurants on the river front all within walking distance as well. Would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget. Hotels in Singapore are quite expensive and not as good a value as some other Asian countries, so don't compare, but if you want to stay in Singapore, this is a great place to stay and would definitely stay here again next time we come.

A spectacular place, very comfortable, clean, with many amenities you could need, and safe if you're traveling alone. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Although it's in an area with many restaurants, the rooms are very quiet, and the beds are very comfortable and spacious.

I had a pleasant stay at LUMA41 Hotel Singapore. The room was very clean and felt more modern and chic compared to other budget hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff were very friendly, informative, and helpful throughout my time there. They were easy to approach and always ready to assist, which made the stay smooth and hassle-free. The service added a welcoming touch to the overall experience. The location is also a strong advantage, being close to Clarke Quay, Boat Quay, and Raffles Place, with plenty of dining options nearby. Service was good, called for a replacement kettle as the one in the room was old and there were yellowish/brownish stains at the spout. Staff came with a brand new one (opened the box right in front of me at the door). There were some flying insects that kept appearing in the bathroom, not really where they came from since we killed some but another one would reappear again later. Mookata dinner was good, a good variety of meats and seafood were given together with a mountain of veggies. Thai Milk Tea was not bad either. Buffet style breakfast is back since COVID rules have relaxed but staff was still helpful with serving guests and plating food, even sending it to our tables.
