The hotel is "nice enough" for being a more reasonably priced offering in an otherwise increasingly expensive city. The location is decent and in a quiet area (no nearby shopping or eateries) and within a 5-minute walk to the Havelock MTR station on the Thompson/East-Coast line. At the time of our stay in early October 2025, there was green mold growing on the outside of our bedroom window on the 11th floor and the faucet sink handle popped off easily. Housekeeping was only done after the first 3 days stay and, evidently, the broken faucet handle was never reported to maintenance or fixed. The buffet breakfast was "nice enough", not much daily variation so after the first couple of days, it started to look a bit boring. Best to go early to avoid the crowds. Quite honestly, the hotel needs a good measure of updating or maintenance upgrades to make it more appealing.

Staffs are very friendly and kind. Great for families. Room service for cleaning is amazing.

Good location for mrt and restaurants. Clean and overall ok stay. Very basic toiletries available in room and not being able to access different levels is annoying when family are staying in other rooms. Quite dated and room not serviced every day. Also basic tv channels, slow service in Waterfall Lounge.

Great location. Friendly staff. The only issue we had was that our room wasn’t ready when we checked in at 7.00pm. We had to wait for 1.5 hours. The other 4 rooms booked for our party were ready. The room was booked in December 2024. We were given a free buffet breakfast for the inconvenience but it was disappointing after a long trip.

Room keys that don’t work, dirty carpet, slow and old elevators, broken vending machines, hard stiff beds, and rude staff.

Overall the experience in the hotel was good, reasonably clean facilities good. Breakfast good value, but hectic in restaurant given the hotel size. Main issue, which hotel staff did address, was one of room security where a guest had been provided with a key to our room. Hotel duty mgr apologised investigated and took appropriate action, and provided compensation to our satisfaction

Problems with the lifts daily. I lot countvat the number of times i was left going up and down because my cards didn’t work. Hotel was terribly dated and not the cleanest i've stayed in. However, the breakfast excellent, shower piping hot anf the older gentleman concierge was a delight.

The hotel was very good value for money considering the location. The service, knowledge and care from Rajan was amazing. Nothing was a problem and he cared for and connected with us daily to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Great customer service is so hard to find these days. Thank you Rajan.

Nice hotel, well located with hospitable staff, lifts take forever though!

Had everything we needed. Could do with an extra washing machine and dryer in the laundry area as it was busy when we were there and caused a line up.

We stayed here for a couple of day and had originally booked a delux room but was upgraded to a delux tropical room. We did not think this had a great view and wish we had stayed with our original choice as we had a family of small tropical insects crawling up the wall. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were pleasent.

The room was a bit small for three people and there were ants under the bed and window sill. There is 7eleven shop at the ground floor which is very convenient and mrt station nearby.

Booked 15 mins before arriving and refused to check us in. Said no rooms and wouldn’t cancel the booking. Scam!

Staff were very courteous & attentive to our needs with Operator responses very timely in service & cleaning staff duly responsive in upkeep of our room! But I want to compliment & especially highlight for Management attention & recognition for some reward the outstanding service Ms Liza, Assistant Guest Engagement Manager provided in her efforts to assist us organise ideally, adjoining rooms or adjacent rooms close to each other, for us to be able to help our daughter attend to her 8 month old baby boy so her holiday could be more enjoyable & not tied down with her baby! Ms Liza truly went to great lengths to make our holiday as a family an enjoyable one and were happy to meet her in person when we were in-house & she continued to enquire after us & our needs which she was excellent in responding to! My family & I are very appreciative of Ms Liza's services and hope this Complimentary Comment on her performance to assist guests merits Management recognition & hopefully, some tangible rewards! If you require any further endorsement or validation of Ms Liza's services, I'll be more than happy to respond & support my commendation of Ms Liza's high standards of guest services!
