Furama RiverFront

We arrived only to discover that the room we had booked was too small for us. We were transitting through Singapore on a 2 day stop over so had 5 pieces of luggage along with 2 adults and a 13 year old child. We had to upgrade the room at $60 per night. I guess this was our fault not there's but easily fixed. Room was comfy, TV channels selection was awful. Only 7 channels and even though they advertised in the lobby you could watch the FIFA world cup in your room, none of the channels showed it. Pool was great. Location was good, 5 minute walk to the Havelock rail station. Place is a bit dated but was great for what we needed. We didn't eat there at all. Zion Road Hawker Market is close by and good value for food.

The bed was unstable, noisy, and distracting when we were trying to sleep. Breakfast was boring and there was no change to the menu during the 5 days we stayed. Also as people coming from Asia the food really did not fit our tastes. We would prefer hot noodles soup or hot soup for breakfast. Even the fruits didn’t change throughout the 5 days only having dragon fruit, watermelon and oranges. As a family of four with kids in the room, the hotel room only being cleaned once in 3 days, making it inconvenient for us.

The hotel is nice, a little too pricey for a not so modern hotel with no bidet, microwave and utensils where most of the hotels nowadays offer. Hallways are somewhat dark and shabby but quite.

The hotel is good The problem is I wasn't aware that hotels have an annex anymore so when I booked this wasn't apparent they need to inform travellers. The problem I had is the room is quite dangerous first time I woke up in the dark I slipped and nearly fell The condensation in the room is herendious he floor basically is a swimming pool. The room I was clean but didn't feel like it. Walls thins, paint peeling, smell of mold. Furthermore, the t.v. wouldn't connect. Checked out as soon as I checked in.

No qualms with this stay. Th e location was fantastic 10 minute walk to Chinatown. Between two train stations. Breakfast was good. The room was cozy.

Massively spacious room, perfect location. Staff are really helpful and everything you might need is easily available.

Recently stayed for 9 nights in a Club Executive suite, simply loved it.The hotel was perfectly situated only a few minutes from Havelock MRT and restaurants at Roberston Quay. Our room was clean and the bed super comfy. Although a little dated the room suited our needs perfectly. What made our stay exceptional though were the staff. A special shout out to Sophie & Hershiel, 2 lovely ladies who ensured our time and needs were always met with a smile. With our room buffet breakfast and club lounge was included. Breakfast for club rooms is a little up market than the normal buffet with little extras and a special seated area. As club members you have free access to both buffet breakfasts. Evenings have a 2hr window where nibbles and either alcoholic or non alcohol drinks are served. Nibbles varied daily and drinks like wines or spirits and were available for ordering as you want. During the day Club lounge was open for non alcoholic drinks or a coffee bar. The biggest shout out goes to Iskander who looked after us at breakfast or in the club lounge. He always presented with a big smile, always made us feel at home and always ensured we had everything we needed. There were many fun and informative conversations and we would look forward to his greetings and days topics. The staff were simply amazing ensuring your needs are met and your stay is as special as it should be. well done Furama Riverfront. Highly recommended.

Room are very well maintained, and staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Bed comfy, food good, the only gripe is poor wifi

I was very happy for the service and the staff when I have a problem they were prompt to solve I really recomend the hotel who wants to come to Singapore

So lucky as we arrived early and were able to get a room so thank you guys! We only stayed 3 nights but had a semi good nights sleep only thing I would say is the beds were super firm for us. Sort of close to attractions but made the most of the public transport which was a 5min walk away.

While the hotel on the outer areas looks good. We stayed in two rooms on two different occasions. Sadly, both rooms were much to be desired when it came to proper cleaning. The carpet is very old and needs a deep cleaning. There were old bed sandals that were left under the bed. The bath tub was not properly clean. The staff were friendly and easy to work with.

Buffet dinner was not very good and not hot. Building is quite old and has an old smell about it Staff spoke good English and were helpful Room not cleaned daily
