Budget friendly hotel with great location. Surrounded by local food shops and restaurants. Laundry, convenience store and bus stops is also a couple steps away. The room itself is very clean and compact. Love it so much. Surely will be staying there whenever I'm in Singapore.

The room was really clean and the staff there was helpful. Shower was working properly and the room is compact. Nice location as well because it 's near food centers and a convenience store. For a transit hotel this was okay but I wouldn't stay for long because the room does not have windows.

This hotel was located in a not-so-quiet district in Singapore. When I walk around the neighborhood, not many car passed by and was pretty close (3-5 min walk) to nearest bus stop. The room was clean, no bugs or weird creature spotted, no molds, bathroom was clean (with drinking tap water available) provided with 2 towels and a mat, and water was running fine (stable hot & cold water). There's only a few downsides of staying here: room was a bit dusty, no window, we can hear other person open/close door. Although, room doesn't smell damp, and aircon was strong, almost too cold I slept without it. Thankfully the receptionist was nice enough to answer my questions and call me a taxi to airport (I had to leave at ~2 am but the front officer served me with a smile) it was a nice 9 hour stay. I wish they provide cheaper option for layover passenger in the future.

The hotel clearly states what is provided, so ensure you read thoroughly beforehand. ' You get what you paid for '. Considering we had a layover and we only stayed the night, it was more than sufficient and pleasant enough. Clean room with clean sheets and comfortable bedding. Hot water for both sink and shower-good water pressure too. The two main issues were the toilet had some visible stains (needs a more thorough clean) and sounds of doors slamming (both hotel staff and other guests) from 7:30am to 8:30am. Location wise, 10 minutes walk from Joo Chiat Complex bus stop (when taking the direct bus from Changi Airport) and 30 seconds walk to the other bus stop that will take you other parts of town. So, location is great!
