Hotels in East Coast

The room was kind of dirty and unmaintained. The bedsheets were stained. One plus point was the toilet. It was spacious and big also very clean. Other than that the room overall was dusty and very dirty. But you pay what you get so 🤷🏻‍ ♀.

The place is surrounded by many shops and restaurants, and is especially closed to a bus station so I can travel around at ease. The room is very comfy, and the receptionist is very polite and helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Love to get back here if I got a chance to!

Positive: Comfy bed. Good place to stay with privacy for budget travel. Wifi is good, as well as the air condition. 8 mins walk from the bus stop, 15mins walk from Paya Lebar Station and mall. They clean the room and change the sheets and towels everyday. There's an elevator. Friendly staff. I requested for an early check in and it was fine. 🙂 Also, the neighborhood is quite pretty. Near 7/11 and small shops. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. Negative: There room we had has no window but we didn't stay there during daytime so it was fine. Room is quite small and there 's no bidet. There were molds in the bathroom which needs a little extra cleaning.

My couple friends had a marvellous Valentine 's Day celebration over at Santa Grand Hotel East Coast. They felt touched by the lovely room deco to enhance their stay. They found both the room and bathroom to be very spacious, neat and clean. They were impressed by the staffs ' dedicated services, especially Aunty Mary who was manning the front counter upon my friend 's checking in. She was very friendly and provided detailed explanations when my friend got further queries.

Good condition and so clean, fresh.
