Location is good for holiday or business trip. Only a few steps away to MRT Sommerset and bus shelters. Room is great. Service is excellent.

Good hospitality. We are arranged to lounge while waiting our room to be ready at check in time. Got upgrade for the 3rd night stay to superior city view. Very strategic location also!

We booked Club Twin room for the weekend to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. The breakfast spread was surprisingly good, with great variety and quality food. We also enjoyed the lounge with pre-dinner snacks with unlimited alcohol. My son also had a splashing good time swimming at the rooftop pool with an awesome view! The location is also perfect in town area with lots of shopping and food options. After our son slept, we could go down and grab food from Don Don Donki which is 24 hr and an 24-hr MacDonalds 5mins away. Overall, we love the stay so much we are likely to come back again! Thanks for the awesome customer service :)

Super convenient location! Bascially you can get all the things (food for us) you need within walking distance. Metro is like 1minute walk down to the mall and considered the fluctuating weather condition in Singapore, it is very important for our family of 4 to be able to access transport without getting wet. The rooftop pool had an amazing view and visiting other observatory becomes unesscessary because you can basically have the best view at the rooftop!

Housekeeping was efficient. Nice rooms but drain in the shower was quite noisy. Great rooftop pool if you want the infinity pool experience. Drinks were a bit overpriced at the Tiki bar and no happy hour on the weekend! :-(

Great hotel in a very good location. Rooftop pool was amazing. Only thing that let it down was the we booked a King Deluxe room for 2 adults and 2 children but there were only beds for 3 people. This room type should not be an option when booking for 4

I had a staycation at this hotel, which is conveniently located next to Orchard Gateway, and near 313@Somerset and Orchard Central. The nearest MRT station is Somerset.
The check-in process was smooth. The receptionist on the first floor was friendly and directed me to the 10th floor. The staff who checked me in was both professional and welcoming.
However, the service during checkout was inconsistent. I was disturbed at 9 AM by room service knocking on the door, asking if I needed room service, despite having the "Do Not Disturb" sign on. It made me question if the sign was effective.
The day before checkout, I inquired about a late checkout, and the receptionist confirmed I could check out at 1:30 PM. However, around 1 PM, I received a call asking if I was checking out or staying another night since the system didn’t show the late checkout. It seemed there was a communication breakdown.
The room was clean, though there was an odd smell near the entrance, likely from one of the furniture pieces. The bathroom and toilet were clean, with well-stocked hygiene kits. Coffee and tea packs were available as well. There was an ice maker and vending machine near the lift lobby.
I also enjoyed the pool, where lifeguards were present for safety. When the weather turned bad, they made sure we were safe. I had drinks and snacks while enjoying a great view beside the pool.

if you want a hotel in the main shopping area of Singapore this one is perfect. The pool on the top of the hotel was amazing, the prices for the drinks were quite high but you pay for the view and the ambiance. If you can book a club room it enables you to use the quiet cool lounge, have breakfast, snacks in the afternoon and a couple of hours 17:30 - 19:30 of free drinks and nibbles in the evening.The staff are all amazing and extremely helpful.
