First time to Singapore, staying at Jen was an amazing experience, direct gateway in the hotel lobby close to everywhere.

This branch is more spacious, has more rooms, and smells better. Everything is fine.

I love staying in Jen Hotel because of the location and the cleanliness of the room. Would love to stay there again when visiting Singapore in the future.

Overall, it was quite okay, but as guests who smoke, it was quite difficult because the hotel didn't provide smoking areas. As smokers, the government's regulations have made it difficult for us, and this hotel still makes it difficult. Hopefully, the management will consider this, as we also want to be treated with respect and priority by providing a smoking area at this hotel.

Strategic location, clean & comfy!

I stayed here for 6 days. The hotel was so good, clean, and comfortable also. I booked a twin room, then I requested a king bedroom. The swimming pool was awesome, rooftop, and there's a nice pool for kids. The hotel is connected with Orchard Gateway/Orchard Central Mall, so it's so easy to find many kinds of food here, also very near to 313 Somerset. MRT is very close also, just go down with the lift hotel, then you’ll find MRT Somerset. Also, when you walk to the street, there were many shopping areas, because it is in Orchard Street. Overall it was nice and perfect. I went with my wife and 1 kid (3 years old).

Got into a problem with the room size and the staff really helped me a lot with it. Sorted the problem in no time, he even gave me a discount. 10/10 would come back!

Staffs are so nice. I had a wrong booking but they are so kind to help me through the whole process.

Friendly service, the room is worth the price, besides that, it is very easy to find food and it is also close to Orchard so transportation is minimal.

As usual, we always stay at Jen Hotel every time we visit Singapore. Strategic location, comfort, and cleanliness of the hotel room are some of the things we consider. The service staff is also very good.

Location is good for holiday or business trip. Only a few steps away to MRT Sommerset and bus shelters. Room is great. Service is excellent.
