This was a wonderful experience, except for 4 nights without a functioning air conditioning unit in my room, in hot, early August. Everyday, they assured me it would be taken care of, and at the end of a long, wonderful day out in Slovenia, I unfortunately came back to a very overly warm room, four nights in a row. They switched me after the 3rd day of me asking for a resolution, but that room also did not have a working air conditioner. The second time I moved rooms, finally had a working a/c unit. So, make sure you check first before accepting the first room they assign you

Old and dated. I would give 2.5 or 3 starts rather than 4. I booked a king size bed for extra12 euros. But they checked me into a single one bed twin room. The queen bedroom is so small, no space for an open suitcase. Plastic sheets under the sheets, later I was told it's because the room can be rented for 4 hours as a love motel. Shower leaks and tiny. Hallway is always dark and smells. The location is great.

Staff were very helpful. They helped with parking the car when there is no space. There was a problem with the shower, and they fixed it straight away. I did not like the fact that the room was small, and there was no tea facility in the room, This is the basics especially for a 4* Hotel. Even budget hotels have this. Breakfast was disappointing. The juices were basically diluted water. Did not expect this from a 4* hotel.

Hotel was lovely and rooms were spacious. Parking in front of hotel was disrupted because of construction across the street, but a parking lot around the corner was available. Free breakfast and dining area made for a very nice stay.

Negotiating the one-way streets via GPS was confusing to us and to the GPS. The hotel is nice, clean and relatively modern. Parking is not assured, but if there is space it is not difficult (with the manager's help). Location is very nice, in the old town.

The hotel was recommended from the customer and I was not disappointment. Very nice, cheap hotel. Excellent service. Unfortunately I don't remember the names now, but literally, all whoever i had to talk to, were just amazingly helpful. Either at lobby or at bar/restaurant. Our room was very dirty, dark, with lots of issues. The lights had issues and it took the maintenance more than an hour and several trip to the room to fix it. The fridge didn't work either and they didn't even bother to fix it. The hotel is running on a very very low budget. I rate it one star and much lower quality than motel 6.
