Dublin Hotel

I stayed at Dublin Hotel for one night and it was a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, very clean, and AC worked great. The bathtub is very large as well and looks like it would’ve been an amazing experience if I had used it. The surrounding area isn’t bad and about a 5 min walk from Seomyeon station. Only downside to the hotel is the bed is rock hard; not comfy at all! Overall, I would stay here again if in Seomyeon.

Our stay started not so well since we found out that we were allowed to book 2 standard rooms for 5 adults. The beds were both king but as you can imagine the room with 3 people, it was quite tight. The funny thing is we were able to book for 5 guests under this condition. We asked the hotel to quote us the difference between the standard and the deluxe twin but was quoted a price difference higher than what was shown on hotels.com. When confronted with this discrepancy, the hotel staff mentioned that this is because hotels.com has a promotion rate that the hotel cannot honor which I thought didn't make sense at all. When calling hotels.com for help, the customer service agent wasn't any helpful with the matter either. Definitely started off on the wrong foot. The only saving grace with this stay is the lady that worked at the front desk who went above and beyond with helping us book a taxi to Busan station. She was so patient despite the language barrier and genuinely wanted us to understand before choosinf whether to take 2 or 3 taxis with all our luggages. Once the taxi arrived, she helped us load the baggages and was adamant that we don't load them by ourselves. It's too bad I didn't get her name but her service was amazing.

Amazing location. Lots of food nearby and it's very near to subway! Staffs are very friendly and awesome!

location was great. Staff at the counter speaks english and is fabulous in helping us out from lending umbrella to directing us to food places. facilities in the hotel was clean & sufficient.

Wonderful service. The gentlemen at the reception are extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us to book taxi and offered a lot of help. And these are extremely important for us as we don’t speak Korean.

Hotel was in a very nice area with alot to do in short walking distance and close proximity to the train station. Hotel was very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here

Great location! Walking distance to Seomyeon station Exit 7 which is an interchange station. The Seomyeon area is perfect, lots of restaurants, shopping etc. Friendly staff and very helpful. Room is beautifully designed.

Hotel was located close to subway station and nearby shopping malls

Spa tubs are amazing and spacious! Rooms are clean and the staff are the friendliest I have encountered so far! Only downside is there is no food, but you are in the center of so much to eat and indulge in that it is not a problem. Beds are very firm though fyi.

Good location. But bathroom too small. No bath towel provide, bath room no hooks hanging clothes or towel. Lighting too dark.

It was really good ! Near the Seomyeon station exit 7 ! With many bbq shops around ! Friendly staff in dublin hotel too !

Great experience

The hotel was one of the best hotel I have stayed so far. The decor was tastefully done, the room and bathroom were huge and room cleaning was done every day. New toiletries were also stocked up every day. Just bear in mind that in south korea this is a 'love hotel' so I will say it was in a bit of a side alley and I could feel people's gaze behind my back when I was going inside the hotel by myself. May be I was being paranoid. But other than that, every thing was excellent about this place. 100% recommended!

Great location in Busan! The room and bathroom were both huge. Bed was very hard but some may prefer that?

great location in the heart of busy seomyeon... very modern, clean, love the hot tub in the room, but no other ameneties and the staff were unfriendly. we asked for an iron, they said they dont have it, a luandry facility and they said no other customers had ever asked for it, then we brought couple of friends over to chill in our room and they said no and made us book another room. they also dont have a closet, safe, and seem to be keeping very close tab of who goes in and out of the rooms.

We love the size of the room. It's near to a lot of eateries and shopping. Great hotel! Will come back again.

It is conveniently located. Room is clean and comfortable. Bathroom is clean and big. But there is no housekeeping unless you ask for it everyday. My room's door lock did not work well and found room was unlocked for a day. There are lots of restaurants of different choices near by.
