Check in at 5pm was quite inconvenient especially with no front desk personnel. The area was slightly ran down but close enough to the main shopping district. The staff was rather kind when he was around

Good overall quality to price. Couldnt get more toilet paper, even when they cleaned the room (we got new towels each day but not toilet paper, odd). Front desk situation is quite lacking, says open 5-12 but we never saw anyone there no matter what time we arrived back at the hotel.

It's not a terrible place, but there are definetly some points for improvement. For one, the rooms smelled a bit which seemed to be coming from outside. The rooms themselves were clean, but very small for two persons. Also, the warm water in the shower was hit or miss.

The property has limited desk service. The room was cold and there was a thin blanket. Also, no elevators, so I had to lug my luggage up three flights. As a woman, I felt unsafe there, so after my first night, I wanted to check out early. The manager said no, saying there is a two night minimum. I was not told of that and it was not listed on Expedia's website. i just left and gave up the loss.

The room was clean and acceptable. However, it was quite cold as there was no heater and the water took some time to heat up so I had to let the shower run for a minute before using it. There is no staff onsite so you would have to give a call to them in their main building if you needed any help. Water dispenser was not working as well but they were kind enough to provide 2 bottled water daily.
The location is about 5-10 mins walk to Seomyeon station and there are tonnes of options for eating. I would recommend just taking a taxi to and from their hotel though especially if you are carrying luggages.

基本的にスタッフもおらず、チェックインもチェックアウトもセルフですが、何の不便もありません。
3泊しましたがルームクリーンはありません。
トイレットペーパーの予備がなく不安になりますが、スタッフがいる時に声を掛ければくれます。
エアコンはありますが、この時期エアコンを掛けて寝ても、引いてあったベッドパッドが暑くてどうしても寝苦しくなりました。
何と言っても安くてきれいにしてあるので、良かったです。

スタッフの方が親切でした。
チェックインなど基本セルフでしたが、荷物を置かせてもらいに行った時に、たまたまスタッフの方がいて、説明してくださいました。
預けていた荷物も、チェックインの時にすでに部屋まで運んでくださっていて、ありがたかったです！
シャワーとトイレが同じ空間。トイレは紙が流せないスタイルでした。でもトイレの水圧は強かったです。
部屋に、ドライヤーあり。ハンガーあり。アメニティも色々と置いてありました。
お箸を持ってなくて困っていたらスタッフの方にもらえました。
駅からは少し遠くて、真夏の移動は少し大変でしたが、Uberなどタクシーはすぐに来るので活用するのがいいと思います。
とにかくスタッフの方が優しかったです！

4人で2泊しました。
ダブルベッドが4つ、さらにシアターまで付いていて寝室はとても贅沢な感じで良かったです。
不満な点としては
・ランドリー設備ありとなっていたのになかった(私は最も重要視しているのでこれは困った)
・エレベーターなしの階段5階までの往復はキツかった。
かなり重いキャリーケースは運んでくれた。
・階段フロアに、押し入れのようにホテルの備品などが放置されていた
・階段フロアの電気が付かず暗くて怖かった
ただ、スタッフは日本語はできなかったが、色々親切にしてくれたし、充電ケーブルもたくさん貸してくれた。

とっても清潔で可愛いお部屋で、掃除も毎日していただき、床暖で温かくて快適で場所も良く値段以上のホテルでした。
３時頃つくと誰もいなくて、レンジの上にある黄色のメモに名前を書き荷物に貼り受付裏の部屋に置き、夜戻ると受付に名前の書いたカードにカードキーが入っていて荷物も部屋に運ばれていました。
基本誰も居ないようですが、特に不便はありません。
場所は駅近ではありませんが、ロッテデパートから5分ぐらいなので、全く問題ないです。
西面駅からだと、上りのエスカレータがあるので5番出口を利用されるかロッテデパートまで地下通路を歩かれるのが良いと思います。
行きたい御飯屋さんも全て徒歩で行け、お散歩がてら釜田市場、田浦のカフェも徒歩で行け便利な立地です。
全てが値段以上で最高でした。またこのホテルを利用したいと思います。
