The hotel is just perfect and I highly recommend it for everyone who is planning to stay at Ulsan. The location is at the heart of Seongnamdong, near the bus stop for Express Bus from/to Ulsan KTX Station. It is near to everywhere. Secondly the room. I was amazed to see there were a dining table, washing machine, electric stove, and even microwave inside the room. The room is spacious with a perfect river view. The TV is with various channel list, and the toilet has bidet. At the lobby there was also CU for 24hrs in case you are too lazy to get out. I was very satisified for this hotel and would love to revisit as I found Ulsan was very interesting and memorable to me.

The room was great and super clean… but! with all the small kitchen(with no culinary tools, dish soap, etc) a place to to the laundry(but no laundry detergent), plenty of room/space to store your stuff…but the bathroom is tiny.
Please keep in mind that if you are tall, you probably would have a hard time using the toilet

19층 하프 리버뷰로 배정받았구 너어무 쾌적하구 침구도 좋았구요! 어매니티는 물론 무풍 에어컨, 드럼 세탁기, 인덕션, 리치인 쿨러/프리져까지 다 사용가능해서 가성비 최고의 호텔인것 같아요~ 주차/출차시 웨이팅이나 공간이 없으면 공영주차장에 따로 주차해야하는게 조오금 아쉬웠어요~ 다만 주차비는 다 제공해주신답니다. 재방문할게요~!

Fantastic views to the river from our room.
The bed was comfortable but there were no chairs to sit on only a tiny stool to sit on.
The room has small kitchenette but no utensils, no dishes and nothing else.
My elderly mother was with me. She spent lots of time on the bed. The room came with two pillows so I asked two extra pillows for my elderly mother so she can seat more comfortably against the headboard.
I was a little surprised they changed me $10.00 for two extra pillows .
Not a nice feeling.

The staff was excellent and very courteous! Requested a cab, they had one within 4 minutes ready to take me to the Ulsan Airport. Location is smack down in the right place if you want to hang with the young crowd. Lots of restaurants in the nooks and crannies.

This hotel is Brand new hotel with perfect location for sight seeing around the whole Ulsan and Local foods(restaurant and street food.. you name it) also surround it by lots of fun stuff movie, shopping, bowling, and arcade or just walk along the Taehwa River.It is great place to relax and enjoy staying Ulsan trip for family or couples or friends!!!

.엘레베이터 조명이 너무 어두워 층수 버튼 누르기가 어렵다. 편의점 시설이 미흡하나, 헬스장은 온도가 꺼져있어, 처음에는 추웠다.
끊여 먹을수 있는 그릇이 있어 으면 좋겠다.
