This hotel is clean, quiet, friendly, stylish. Two things we didn't like are 1) bedding is using nylon and hence very hot. 2) they serve THE SAME breakfast everyday. You have drinking options, but no options for eating.

very good location in gangnam can walk everywhere around big area of gangnam which we love the most from Seoul.so many shops and restaurants from cheap to expensive so vary. room big enough for 3 of us, clean room, nice bathup but bcoz our son just 6 yo. the bathup area has no wall so can see from bed, good for couple or family with toddler or baby. wifi fast. the bad only air conditining not so cold but still ok.

Good location at a very good price for this area. Hotel was very quiet and clean—my only complaint is that it is time for new towels. Grey and frayed is not a good vibe for Gangnam.

Overall good

First of all, the twin room doesn’t have a bathroom door and the shower and toilet are see through so if you are staying with your friend, it’s pretty awkward. The bathtub is nice they need to put a bathroom door. When my friend used a face towel after washing her face, she found a pile of hair inside the towel and screamed. Other pieces of hair were found on a bed, and in a shower room. We were pretty disgusted with the cleanness and it’s very disappointing since the property is renovated and seems new. The staffs are very polite so they just need to make sure housekeeping is thorough.

Seung-wo (Sean) was manager on-site during most of our stay and would jump to provide any information or help. Hotel was clean. Restaurant served modest breakfast. Lounge/bar was not open for lunch/dinner or drinks.

We would highly recommend this hotel! Especially staff we encountered was very nice.

Great location, great room, great price... I'll be back and would recommend to all. It's about a 5 min walk to Gangnam metro stop. Plenty good eats and pubs in area.

Small boutique hotel in Seoul close to Gangnam Financial Centre and business area. Small hotel in Seoul typically wouldn't offer disposable slippers so you may want to bring your own. Towels and room condition seemed to be a bit old given the hotel was supposed to be newly built in 2016.

The location of this hotel is great. Right between 2 subway stations and near a few bus stops. The employees were helpful. The breakfast was very good (especially the coffee!). The bad: the rooftop lounge was literally just a bunch of chairs on the rooftop (no bar, no water feature even though it is pictured) it was nice but disappointing, the restaurant/bar wasn't open when we went down at 1830 on a Saturday night, and the pillows were horrible. I admit that the pillows are a personal preference, but the lounge and bar/restaurant were disappointing. Overall, we don't regret staying here, but likely won't return with all of the options in the area.

We truly enjoyed the contemporary vibe of this hotel, particularly the room interiors which project a very modern attitude in what is likely an older building. Taxi drivers have a difficult time finding this hotel if they are not familiar with its location. We took a taxi from Seoul station and another one from Yongsan station and both drivers had a hard time finding the hotel, even after we provided them with the address. The hotel staff was very friendly with a good understanding of our English language requests. We gave the facilities a 3 rating because the roof top lounge was not much and certainly not a functioning "lounge" with any services available. Our top tip for food dining is a delightful steak and pasta restaurant just a short walk across the main boulevard called "With the Spoon." We discovered it on our last night in Seoul and it was perfect. An upstairs location with views of the busy streetscape, but quiet and with a wonderful staff. The food was exceptional and the piano bar atmosphere perfect for the end of a long ay.

Location is excellent. Friendly staff. Pillows are too hard, but you could request for soft ones. Close to gangnam station and an airport bus stop. I stayed there for 5 nights, most nights were quiet. The hallway can be very noisy.
