Kimstay 9

Sorry to give a poor rating but this is not a place i wanted to stay. I wish the listing had more accurate pictures of the condition of the rooms. Thank you

Location was excellent. Room was clean. The property is showing its age. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful.

I want to start by saying that the room was very clean and there was amenities available such as soap and conditioner and shampoo in the shower and the bathroom was very clean and we were able to use towels provided by the hotel the downside is that this area was a little bit too far from seoul and one of the tours that i book was unable to pick me up because i was out of the range for the hotel pickup it also sucks that while there was breakfast included at my stay it was only available from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. in the morning daily and my schedule always had me um leaving the place around 6:00 or 7:00 a.m. the lodging did not provide boxed breakfast to go other than that it was very comfortable safe and clean and is an ideal place to stay if you want to be in the surrounding area if you want to be in seoul it would be better to stay closer to the city

The shop is very cunning. When I arrived at the hotel and mentioned that I was travelling with a child, they asked me to pay attention fee

Had a wonderful stay

Set in quiet Seoul area. Simple but what needed. Staff very helpful. Only issue was a bit musty but I would stay again

Doesn’t really have a shuttle service, when you ask them hey just tell you what transportation you can use but they advertise themselves as having shuttle service. Room a little too small.

Great budget stay

Perfect place for the price. Located 1.5 hours from international Airport and 40-60 minutes from the top attractions. Located in its own neighborhood that had everything and is priced better than the touristy places this is the spot to remain on budget during your trip.

Beds are stained.beddings doesnt look clean only nice thing is atleast the washroom is clean.Breakfast is toast and jam. Its misleading the pictures that was posted. Disappointed.I could have got something better for the money i paid.

Value for money..nice host. No lift available..was grateful when host helped to carry our luggages up the stairs

Overall, I would recommend others who want a budget option to stay here. As it is in budget price, be sure to be considerate with few things.

The place is peaceful, the room is clean and the location is very accessible. The staff is friendly.

The area is good, lots of shops and eating places, close to bus stop and market. But no lift. You have to carry your own luggage. Breakfast simple, old building but clean. Small room, we stay 5 night, is ok.

Great location. Had a market only a block away, tons of restaurants, cafes, bars around the area as well. Staff was a excellent, very kind and helpful.

This stay was amazing! Host was excepcional. Close to the Metro and restaurants!
