Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean Loved the bidet. We really liked the hand soap, shampoo and conditioner and body soap. A body lotion would be a nice addition It was a great location with great access to subway and cultural places. Breakfast was good with a good selection

Staff was nice. They clean the room everyday if needed. Laundry service was quick and returned within the day. Location was close to everything we wanted to explore.

My first time to Seoul so the food took some getting use to. I found something to eat which may change my breakfast menu substantially…salad for breakfast! You need to like and appreciate soups and stews and interesting seafood additives to really enjoy the food. Fortunately , my daughter rated the food excellent since she is more versed in the cuisine. The hotel is in a great location with access to the subway and many highlights that we didn’t appreciate until the last day! We walked the area until after 10 most days and felt perfectly safe. This is a coffee lovers haven! Coffee 24/7 somewhere. You can even get it in a pouch at the corner store! We highly recommend the hotel and commend the staff on great hospitality

Charming little hotel with a decent breakfast and very comfortable rooms. Very good location for all things cultural - like Insa-dong and the palaces.

A nice stay and a great location, easy to get everywhere and 7 11 round corner. Room was really clean with everything needed. Powerful shower. Free coffee and water in lobby was good. Although breakfast room was big, there was not a great choice, otherwise would have been top marks

Excellent unique hotwl in Seoul with uts own personality. Ckean & friendly staff. £10 fir a big bag of washing tgat came back folded & ironed within the day. In a great cebteal area walkable to all the main sites within 10-15 mins. Small street food market one road over & lots of lical resturabts- you will be spoiled for choice. Insaldong just a block over with lively options to eat & drink. 10 mins walk to myongdong as well. 3 mins walk to metro. I would recommebd the delux double we had for more space & nice bathroom. I would book again without hestitation.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our first time visiting Seoul! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were by far the highlight of our stay. This was conveniently located to shopping areas and attractions, near public transportation, and great food. Would 100% recommend to any traveler!

The hotel is situated in a great area, right in the middle of Seoul, with a station only 10 mins away. The style of the hotel is cool with lots of art and seating areas that are all very viby. Staff was also friendly and accommodating, night staff always greeted me even though it was late lol. I felt really safe and well taken care of.

Michelle in the front desk is awesome And staff in the Buffett area amazing My only complain is that the room we stayed had a peculiar smell even if house keeping cleaned it daily . Also the toilet area has a urine smell all the time Other wise love the location thanks

Room was clean and had sufficient amenities for our 4-night stay. Location was convenient within walking distance of food and Myeongdong shopping. Included breakfast every morning was good and added value to the cost of the stay.

Clean and comfortable with queen size bed. Thankful for the air-conditioning that can be adjusted manually especially in these hot & humid days & nights. Food is varied and tasty.

Good location

It was an extremely comfortable bed/pillows. The bathroom was huge, allowing privacy with 4 people. There was free coffee in the lobby and an amazing breakfast/breakfast area included. The location was a short walk from many sites, restaurants and convenience stores. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Tried to stay here again on the return trip, but it was booked, unfortunately.

Me and my husband stayed 3 nights in this hotel during last March and we really enjoyed the warm hospitality from the staff. Staffs were friendly, courteous and breakfast they serve was fantastic! It was variety of foods from make your own pancake, eggs, waffle, to Korean foods and American breakfast. The dining place for breakfast is located in the lower floor and it was decorated beautifully with antique style furnitures. I loved the bright pop up colors everywhere and unique design of the layout. The location is just so perfect too, in the middle of all the tourism places from myeongdong, insadong and namdaemun market. The bed was comfy, they had a huge bathtub in the room, which I enjoyed every night and shower/bathtub both had great hot water pressure. Thank you again for the warm hospitality and I highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience unique style hotel rather than classic hotel designs.

I booked 2 rooms for 6 nights for my family and everything was perfect. From breakfast, location and transportation and even the cleanliness! If any chance to go back I will definitely book at Hotel Mong/Lemong again!
