L&L Central Hotel

The property is not as advertised. The staff were not multilingual and a translation app had to be used to communicate. Parking instructions were unclear and we ended up having to give our car keys over to the front desk staff in case they had to move cars around since the parking lot was so limited. Toiletries were minimal and had to be purchased through a vending machine in the lobby. The condition of our bathroom was poor. The floor in the shower was tiled and water would come up around the edges of the tiles when stepped on.

The environment was characterized by low light levels and a noticeable, unpleasant odor.

Really comfortable hotel with breakfast and gym included.

Amber hotel was great especially the 14th floor where our room was located. It is near VIPs!

Room is spacious & comfortable. Near to emart & lots of food around. However don't depend on hotel staffs to provide or help with any tourist information. Mainly chinese tourists guests in hotel.

Everything was good except it was quite noisy at night.

It's OK to stay but not so clean. Breakfast was OK and the staff was nice. The parking was really bad as there are no enough space. We had to park few blocks away from the hotel.

Really nice hotel. We chose the traditional Japanese style room. Only issue would be that water didnt drain properly from the bathroom floor after showers. All else was good.

Basic have meet and have very helpful staff with Chinese speaking

Toilet light will turn off automatically after a certain time. This is good to save energy but on the other hand also causes inconvenience to users in the washroom.

It was a good one night stay . Comfortable after a whole day of touring

The staff were very helpful. They try their bery best to translate everything in english to make sure our questiones were addressed. Very helpful on helping is parked our car. Breakfast food was a buffett style with good options

Good location at jeju city central that is 10 mins drive from jeju airport and close to the heart of jeju's shopping belt. But the hotel is bad in the sense that it only provides 1 small tube of shower gel and 1 small tube of shampoo to be shared among all guests in the same room. When asked to have more than 1 tube of shower gel and shampoo, the hotel staff asked several questions and gave me impolite stares. I stayed 6 nights there, whereby on 1 day, there was no hotel staff who could speak other language besides korean after 9pm, so I was left helpless on that day. There were also 2 days which the hotel towels smelled so badly that I vomited on them and the staff declined to remove the dirty towels from my room. Bedsheet also had unknown stains on it.
