It was really nice and did look exactly like the photos provided. The staff were very accommodating. They do have a space where you can leave your luggage if you need to (free of charge!) but confirm times with front desk. Only complaint would be the tub in the bathroom was really deep and hard to get into if you are a shorter individual like me (5’2). But besides that I would say it’s a really nice place to stay & nearby all the popular points in Hongdae :)

Very nice, would recommend staying again.

The air conditioning is central even though each room has its own controller. The building needs some updates as the carpet is wearing out and some other issues.

We had a great stay. Staff were helpful, all amenities you'd need are on site, and very accommodating.

Flies everywhere in the room and the wall was a disgusting concrete slab with holes and shards of stone everywhere. And our AC was broken and my girlfriend was having awful period cramps and super uncomfortable. It advertises with on sight laundry but it is doubled the price of regular laundry centres. It’s in a convenient area but is lazily maintained and dirty. One of the most uncomfortable stays I’ve ever had. Only go if your there for the location for short time.

The hotel is okay. Location is walkable, but you get nothing but the room. No AC, even though it’s advertised. I was sooooo hot!

AC was not working in the room. Brought it up to the front desk's attention and said that they will check it out. The issue wasnt resolved during my entire stay. I do not recommend staying at this place.

The room was a throwback hostel: stained concrete walls, dorm room beds, Ikea/Nittori style crap furniture (broken tiny round table fell apart and dumped my laptop to the floor), metal mini-blinds bent and barely functional. OTOH, the location is great, lots of traveler amenities (communal spaces, work spaces, kitchen, laundry).

The restroom had strong sewer smell , and also the climate control was terrible. Last but not least, the front desk employee does not even look at you while you are talking.

No service besides checking in. One room clean only after 7 days is very lacking. Have to take towels down to exchange for clean, this also means bins arent emptied often, when staying a short time the service is highly lacking. Stayed in twin room and it was insanely small, definetly not suited for 2 people. Bathroom was so small that the sink was in the main bedroom instead if in the bathroom. Honestly only stay here for the convenient 10 minute walk into hongik university.

Great amenities although I didn’t use (ex. gym), laundry worked well, vibes in the lounge was a great chill area. Only thing was the room lacked space for luggage and the shower head was very weak

Not the cleanest place

Cool space, trendy rooms, attentive and helpful staff, slick co-working spaces, good price, and great neighborhood. I extended my stay twice because everything was just convenient.

The walls are very thin and super easy to hear noise of neighbors and outside. We could hear word by word the conversation the next door neighbors were having, as well as them playing YouTube Videos. Staff was also quite rude in the morning at the time of checkout as we decided to pay for late checkout, and kept banging the door rushing us to leave.

Great location away from the main insanity of Hongdae but short enough to walk back in. Close to major bus routes around Seoul but also for the airport, metro stations. Hotel has convenience of cafes and shops surrounding it. The actual place is ideal if you're a digital nomad as the facilities would suit remote working. I liked the vibe and set up, whilst I didn't use cleaning facilities or on-site cafe, I appreciated knowing they were available. Rooms were quiet, quite small - a couple would have struggled with bags and space possibly - but for a solo traveller ideal. Deep bath to step in for shower so might put some off. I liked the rec rooms on floors and availability of filtered water. I ended up staying an extra night. Check in/out was seamless, able to do through a machine or with staff on hand. Would stay again.
