Easy check-in, well maintained property. Travelled with kids and they loved the pool, Lotte World, the Folk Museum and the convenience of running down to the mall. Very courteous and helpful front desk and concierge team.

The amenities such as the pool (very long hours and no age restrictions) and kids lounge were clutch for downtime entertainment. Lotte world was attached to the hotel and allowed reentry privilege to accommodate nap time. The attached malls were great for the food courts and shopping. Bang-i food street was super close for yummy food options. The beds were super comfy and the staff was very helpful.

We've stayed in Seoul many times and like to explore different areas. This time we knew we were going to be spending a day at Lotte World, so I decided to book the namesake hotel, knowing that it is a 5-star hotel. We were not disappointed. The hotel is high class and immaculate. The staff is to each person attentive, professional, warm and friendly. They assisted us with several asks including booking park tickets, taxi to airport, pool access, and provided suggestions and hints along the way. Our room was a good size and comparable to big city hotel rooms in the US. We booked a Deluxe Double room with Sofa Bed, which was perfect for us and our toddler. Our view was incredible - the Lotte World Tower rising to the sky just outside our window. Walking access to Dept Store, Subway/Metro, etc. was extremely convenient. And for Lotte World itself, hotel guests are provided a special side entrance away from the crowds. Seeing how crowded it could get at the main entrance the next day, this was a huge time-saver. Would stay here again. Really top quality hotel and service across the board.

I stayed at this location twice during my vacation in Korea. Both stays were great over all but the second room was a bit less clean and not enough amenities such as a toilet paper and a tissue. However, every staff was still kind and very attentive with guests’ needs. Thank you very much and I would like to stay here again for my next visit.

Beautiful hotel located along the Han River. We loved the facilities, the comfortable room, and the convenient location. It’s directly connected to a shopping mall, a department store, and an amusement park, and it’s across from Seoul Tower. The room was well equipped with a bidet, mini fridge, and high-quality toiletries. The staff was exceptionally kind—they let us borrow a plug adapter, as well as an iron and ironing board. Whenever we needed anything, room service was incredibly fast. The staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.
