At first, when I checked in, I wasn’t quite sure about this place because it’s basically connected to Disneyland which I had no clue the first Taxi took me to the wrong hotel so needless to say a three hour trip from the airport was ridiculous. I needed the room because I had traveled 27 hours. They were very accommodating and everyone has been absolutely wonderful. The place is spotless. The food is amazing. I have absolutely no complaints.

This was our 3rd year in a row in Korea and we’ve stayed at Lotte World all 3 times! We always book the in suite laundry which is very convenient. Breakfast is delicious and lots of variety however it was on the pricier end. We had to make some adjustments to booking and Aesop Sung helped us out and the changes were smooth because of him. Excellent customer service and we will return again because of good staff like him that make our trip memorable! Thank you Aesop!!!!!

I recommend Jojo at the concierge stand. It’s very nice very helpful. The front desk wasn’t so helpful. The Bell Grove was happy and nice the first day but then the next day they wouldn’t help me with anything. I don’t know why this is a huge resort owned by a huge company. It’s a lot like going to Disneyland. The food was decent downstairs, but the upstairs restaurant on the 32nd floor was absolutely amazing. The staff in the meal was one of the best I’ve ever had in my life and I’m 68. I’ve been to every five star restaurant in the world. I absolutely love that restaurant and the staff I highly recommend recommended.

My family had a terrible experience at the swimming pool. If you are a single parent and your child is of the opposite gender and over 36 months, they are not allowed to enter the changing rooms with you. We discovered this the hard way. The receptionist let my sister enter with her two boys (6 & 2) to go swimming, once they had finished and went to reenter the changing rooms, we were aggressively told he had to go via the male changing rooms on his own, we refused to leave him on his own and then matters got worse when my nephew (6) was physically touched by the lifeguard and then again by the receptionist who tried to physically remove him from the changing rooms. They shouted at us to ‘get out’. It was a very confronting situation, of which when we escalated to swimming manager Edward, he smirked and laughed as he didnt understand what we were explaining had happened. There were no signs, we were not informed upon check in of this policy and we certainly were not willing to leave a young child in a public space with strange men on his own. I wish this had been handled differently by the staff but they showed no remorse, understanding and my poor nephew (as well as the other children we was with) were left traumatised. Horrible experience.
