The hotel has kindly free upgraded my room so that we can have more space for the baby crib and all the luggages. The residence was very nice and comfortable. Location is very convenient. The playhouse is very kids friendly as well. Highly recommended for families.

The room was comfortable and spacious. Sheets are clean and housekeeping is daily. Couch has multiple stains, possibly food possibly couch does not get cleaned. Friendly staff and English speaker was always available for guests and visitors. Chromecast was available upon request at no additional charge. Pool and gym area is clean and maintained very well. Front entrance and back entrance is easily accessible to taxi and uber drivers. Two subway stations are located very close. 2 convenience stores are close by as well as a chicken spot that is open late. Very close to dundun mall, walkable distance to multiple olive youngs, mimi line and nyu nyu.

The hotel is in a good zone very near to a beautiful building of Zaha Hadid and shopping malls. The breakfast is excellent. The room is little but comfortable.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which felt new and was very clean. The location was incredibly convenient, offering easy access to attractions and public transport. However, the surrounding area could be a bit cleaner, and there was an occasional sewage smell. I also noticed a bit of dust in the room, likely from the bed, but overall, it was a good experience.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating of needs; would definitely recommend to others and would stay there again when in Seoul!

I did not feel like it was a 5 star hotel. I would say maybe a 4 star. There’s too many restrictions for fitness gym and the swimming pool for example you have to wear a swimming cap within the swimming pool as well as be 20 years old. The breakfast is definitely not worth the money. The sewer right in front of the entrance smells really bad every time you enter or exit the hotel. The hotel should fix the fine details and rules if they want to be called 5 star hotel. Staying here with 2 teenagers was a big mistake since it is not a family oriented hotel.

I like the size of the junior suite and the round shaped bath tub is very nice. Very accessible to 3 lines of metro. The concierge is helpful. But a junior suite on the 3rd floor is ridiculous, I can hear the noise from party revellers at night, woken up by construction in the day. And the lifts are nonsense. I have never stayed in a hotel that required me to wait in the lobby for a lift for more than 5 mintues and not because it is crowded but it is slow.

As a VIP member, I did not receive any special treatment or upgrades. The breakfast was very disappointing, and it’s not worth of the money. I should’ve booked other place. I don’t see it as a 5 star hotel.

Bottle waters in the room are expired

This place was horrendous and definitely not worth for the amount their charge. Initially I was given a room with a massive smoke smell, which you could smell from the hall. When asked to change it, they sent someone who said: ‘I can’t smell anything’ - ??? - then moved to another room where the door closet didn’t close properly and the internal lights were kept on, disturbing my sleep. Overall is a badly designed room, where the light system in general is confusing, super noisy with the bathroom fan and a shower that it doesn’t warms up properly. Also not to mention the ridiculous rules to use the pool. It’s not welcoming, it’s not comfortable and it costs a lot. Defeats the whole purpose of a holiday.

our family of 3 stayed in this property for 3 days. We enjoyed the stay. The room was clean and spacious. After traveling for over a week already, we were pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine for laundry in the room. We also liked the swimming pool and sauna room.

The residence side of the hotel was lovely and we would book again

At the entrance to the hotel we were met with a disgusting sewage smell for the duration of the stay. 1. Shower head broken - Did get repaired 2. TV in room didn't show more than 2 channels - Did get repaired next day 3. Handle of door hanging off between bedroom and living area so we couldn't close the door for fear of being locked inside 4. Sink in bathroom seemed to take forever to drain 5. Air-con wouldn't drop below 22 degrees After day 3 I got very sick with legionnaires-type symptoms and ended up in hospital. Whilst I have no evidence of this being from the hotel, it is usually caught from poorly maintained air-con units After returning from hospital on the last night of the stay, we needed to request another couple of days stay as I couldn't travel home in such a state. The reception told us they had no rooms. First thing the next morning (5 hours later) we asked a different person, and they miraculously found us another room. Got in to the new room to find the aircon not working. I already had a high temperature and the aircon wouldn;t drop below 29 degrees. Had to call maintenance who didn't fully fix it and spent some time vacuuming the filters in the aircon unit. This made me believe the air-cons were not fully maintained. Eventually, they had to provide a desk top fan. Finally, buffet poor value for money - Around £200.00 for 2 people! Not much selection. Closed early.
