This property was one of the favorite properties that we stayed in. I could tell that this was an older property but everything was still modern and up-to-date. This is one of the most spacious rooms that we stayed in and we were very pleased with the property it's location is very centralized to transportation.

Temperature was summer high and air conditioner worked only on the entrance bedroom of the suite. they came to fix it but only worked for half a day. Returned to the same hotel two weeks later, as scheduled and pre paid on our trip, gave us same room and air conditioner problem stil not fixed. Front desk clerk extremely nice to a visitor that tipped him, we asked nicely for an extra pillow and mumble did not have extras and walked away.

An excellent stay. Helpfully reception found us a room 2h ahead of the scheduled 3AM check in. The breakfast buffet had lots of food and drinks choice and represented good value for €15 and the location handy for Atocha station and exploring Madrid.
