What an absolutely amazing hotel. The location is incredible and the amenities and service were outstanding. This is classic luxury with no details spared. The rich history and architecture throughout is breathtaking and the rooms were impeccable with one of the most comfortable beds and amazing turndown service I’ve had in a while. The 2 Michelin star restaurant on the first floor is world class. I’m already booking my return trip here.

This hotel were the best! There is sauna, fitness room, own room has big bath and so clean and hotel people are so nice. Close to diagonal metro station about 5minuts. There is a lot of great restaurant take walk about 5minuts! means great area!

Great location for almost everything in Barcelona. Very close to several Gaudi museums. However, the rooms were tired, with tears in the wallpaper, and not properly cleaned (crumbs left on the chair, etc.) The linens were clean. The step up into the bathtub was quite high, although the bathroom was spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The deck view was lovely, although the bar up there was closed. For the price I would have expected a little less tired and better cleaned room.

Excellent location. Room lacked air conditioning and was way too hot. TV didn't work. Housekeeping asked to clean our room - we said okay - left for 2 hours - she came back in 2 1/2 hours and interrupted us again to start. Who takes 2 1/2 hours to clean once you've kicked the guests out of their room!?! Unacceptable.

Our stay in Casa Fuster was very nice. The room was very clean and the staff was very attentive. The breakfast buffet was great. To stay in this beatiful historical building was so pleasant. And the area where this hotel is located sooo gorgeous, especially during Xmas and New Year's celebration.

The beds in the room creaked very small rooms, restaurant average. THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL . Gross misrepresentation. Check in staff unhelpful. Coming to Barcelona for my daughter’s wedding and first I wouldn’t stay there again and have advised guests not to do so

This is a wonderful hotel. We stayed for three days prior to a cruise. A beautifully designed property from 1908, it is classic and refined both in appearance and in service. The entire staff went out of their way to provide warm and caring service.

This hotel stay was amazing. Recomeneded by a loyal customer and he was right. Employees made you feel at home. Comfortable rooms and the amenities were great. Breakfast is delicious with many varieties. Must visit rooftop for the amazing views Hotel is in a great location right in the city but away from all the noise. Would definitely stay again.
