Excellent stay, good food. Always room around the pool. Staff friendly and helpful. You get the usual hotel noise but apart from that very quiet. We had a lovely big room with huge balcony. Our friends werent happy with their bed and they were moved without issue. Lovely hotel and would love to go back. Transfers from and to airport were booked through them and were efficient and friendly. A much more intimate environment than some of the larger hotels.

Hotel very clean and well presented and well organised. Staff were very helpful and friendly in all areas. Would defintely stay here again, as close to beach, shops,strip and railway station. Excellent location and choice of facilities. The only down side was the sun loungers were taken up everyday very earlier so didnt have a chance to lay around the pool, so we went to the beach instead.

Indoor swimming poor and the Jacuzzi was not good at all. Don't rely on the indoor pool at all. It also had no facilities (towel, shampoo, etc.). Staff are very kind.

The room was big, clean and comfort. Dining at the hotel was very good, the same was the service in thecdining room. The "mini disco" children show was disappointing since it was identical for 3 nights. The "crazy show" was too rude and offensive to our opinion due to the presence of children....

Staff were brilliant, friendly, pleasant and very helpful. Very clean and in a quiet location, but just a short walk to the centre of the resort. The food was good, but thought the restaurant was a little clinical. Was a little like a canteen. WiFi in the room was very hit and miss.

Great hotel for a family stay. There were five of us in the room. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and there was a TON of selections. It was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Too cold for the outdoor pool (mid April) but there is an indoor pool for a fee (but it's small). Also they have their own parking lot which is super nice cause parking in Spain is a bit of a pain!

The hotel was very comfortable to stay. All staff were very nice and helpful. They have given us many travel tips as locals. I have left my purse with a phone worth of £600 and some 80 euros cash in the bar and the bar staff have kindly kept it for me. The location of the hotel is right opposite to the train station so it is really good for anyone who wants to travel to and from Barcelona. Beach is just a few minutes away. Food was fine with a considerably wide range of choices.

Good points first. Nice clean hotel with excellent friendly staff. English speaking. Free car parking and WiFi. Good WiFi in all of hotel including the rooms. Sea view from most rooms so do not pay extra for one. The food was excellent and a good choice. The pizza at dinner time was the best in Santa Susanna. Bad points To use the indoor pool you have to pay 5 Euros for a half day pass key. I was very disappointed with this as i like to use the indoor pool and booked this hotel specifically for the use of the indoor pool.This charge was not stated on the Hotels .com website. You also have to leave a payment deposit at the front desk to cover any drinks you have with dinner. I personally would like to have paid after the meal. I was initially given room 611 which was very noisy. There is something like an air conditioning unit on the roof above which would have kept me awake all night. Like a helicopter on the roof. I ask to change rooms and this was no problem. Staff quickly got me another room. Overall a nice clean hotel with good staff but let down by indoor pool charges.
