Great stay on our trip to Madrid. The location is great because it has many great things that are walkable. It is right in front of Grand Via. Amazing dinner options as well. Rooms were amazingly clean and a big breakfast with many different options. Staff members were quick to answer all of our questions, and they were always polite and friendly. Always willing to help us. We will for sure be back when we come back to Madrid. Thank youuu for allowing my family and I to have an amazing stay!!

“The room felt more like staying in a hostel—tiny, very basic, and not what I expected. The air conditioner wasn’t working, and I had to keep the window open all night just to get some cool air. Despite reporting the issue, no maintenance came to check it. Overall, not a comfortable stay.”

Great service, staff and location just a few doors off La Gran Vía. If you are attending the flamenco show at Torres Bermeja, THIS is where you must stay. It is literally next door!

Breakfast was great for the price with many options.
The room was not ready when we arrived just after check-in time so they apologized and held our bags when we went out to eat. When we returned, in compensation, they gave us a suite which was lovely - a living room with sofa and desk and chair, and coffee tables, and spacious bedroom and bathroom.
