Hotel Sagunto

Great stay. Need more info on parking options.

It not quiet as expected but we have a good stay . There 1 double bed and 1 single bed plus a sofa bed comfy but noisy. Really close to the train station that we use to travel to visit Valencia.

It was wonderful!

I arrived a little after 3pm, the check in time. The door to the hotel was locked. Hours 17:00-19:00. There was an automated screen to gain entrance, but since it was in Spanish I couldn't successfully navigate it. The hotel is next to the train tracks, don't jump to conclusions....It was the quietest night I've ever spent in a Spanish hotel. Superb!

The hotel is updated and convienently located for walking to attractions. A lot of restaurants to choose from around the hotel. Though it would be nice to have parking suggestions for near the hotel in thier hotel information if you are driving. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Check in was a nightmare! Got to the hotel at 16.20 Hotel was shut with only an electronic check-in box on the wall! It did not accept our booking reference as it was the Hotels.com reference number... luckily one of our group phoned the hotel number and spoke to someone, they said the hotel only had restricted opening hours when reception was manned! 17.00 was the time printed on the door! On our booking details it said we could book in after 15.00 We expected to be able to get to our rooms anytime after this. This did put a black mark against this stay.

Por una noche bien amueblado lo gusto silencios y refrigerada la cama cómoda. Llegué bien con el coche y por suerte había aparquemientos Malo de selfchecking pero me ayudo un hombre que estaba conectada con el personal no he visto otra personna

Fuimos mi pareja y yo, y nos dieron una habitación diferente a la reservada. Nosotros reservamos una habitación con cama gran doble con balcón y nos dieron una habitación con tres camas individuales. Lo peor fue el trato a la hora de explicarnos lo ocurrido, pues nos intentaba justificar que no llevabamos razón. No recibimos ni una solución al problema y tampoco unas disculpas por lo ocurrido. Al final tuvimos que claudicar con una habitación que no habíamos reservado.

Hemos pasado una noche en el hotel. Está cerca de los espacios turísticos. Para pasar una noche está muy bien.

Ruidoso. Tenía un olor a tabaco (como de haber fumado con frecuencia en la habitación).

Séjour à l hôtel parfait. Mais gros problème à notre arrivée à 20h30, car il fallait pour avoir notre chambre entrer sur une machine notre num de réservation, qui était faux. Heureusement que des français logeant à l hôtel ont appelé pour nous le secrétariat de l hôtel qui nous a donné le bon numéro. C'est une erreur du site hôtel. Com et pas de l hôtel. Dommage car l hôtel rapport qualité prix est vraiment parfait.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, todo cerca, seguro y un buen trato al cliente.

Un desastre,,me cambiaron la habitacion para 4 personas por dos habltaciones de 2 reservada por problemas de instalaciónes en la misma,,,En una de las habitaciones nomse podia dotmir por el mal olor que salia del baño y tuv8mos que trasladar un colchon a la otra habitación y dormir los 4 en la misma habitación,,,,,en cual salia agua del techo del baño cuando te duchabas y hacia un olor a desagues increible,,,la tv tampoco funcionaba ,,y los gritos y musica que salian de otra habitacion para enmarcar.,,,la falta de limpieza bastante escueta,,,,,.lo sentimos pero no volveriamos

malisimo, sin recepcionista fin de semana, no hicieron la habitación, antiguo, sucio, paredes manchadas, mal olor, etc... NO LO RECOMIENDO, las fotos no tienen nada que ver con el hotel

La limpieza era pésima,no volvería por lo demás más o menos bien,

Falta calefacción en la habitación y el baño

This was absolutely the worst hotel I ever have visited. It looked promising. Reception open until 24 (it was not), secure parking (nowhere to be found). Those were my two major reasons of booking. I took for granted that I would get a bed with clean sheets (did not get that). The reception closed at 19. There was however a machine outside that could deliver keys. The reservation code I got did however not work. Ended up needing to buy a new room at the machine. Only double rooms left. Well, execept the single room that was booked in my name but I could not access. The double room contained a bed which at the most could be a double bed for a couple that recently had fallen in love and not intended to sleep. I was disgusted to realise that the sheets very obviously had not been changed since the previous guest. I decided to leave the hotel and continue my drive. The picture shows how I found the sheets in the bed.
