I could have rated this hotel very highly, as the facilities are good, the room was very clean and it has a great location just steps away from the old quarter and overlooking it from its most picturesque angle. However, on this last point it did let me down, as I had selected it over other hotels exactly for its views, I had made a very clear request on my booking that I would very highly appreciate a room at the front with a view, but when I got there not even that late in the day and not at what seemed like a busy time, I was told all rooms at the front were gone! So no view for me I'm afraid... and a very poor customer experience!

Hotel Recomendable, la habitación tenía vistas a la catedral y estaba totalmente reformada. EL personal muy amable, desayuno era buffet acorde al precio, el Restaurante muy muy bueno todo lo que nos pedimos a muy buen precio.
Seguro que Volveremos, estuvimos sólo una noche y nos gustaría volver para poder visitar los alrededores que al parecer son muy bonitos.
