My wife and I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Viladomat from May 25–27. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore all parts of Barcelona. There were also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance, which made dining and getting around very easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We appreciated having a convenient and comfortable place to return to after a full day of sightseeing. Overall, Hotel Viladomat offers excellent value and a convenient location for visitors to Barcelona. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to couples and travelers looking for easy access to the city’s attractions and transportation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an issue when I woke up one morning and there was no water. I raised it to the front desk and their response was well you should have known because we had signs next to the elevator. First of all, they should have mentioned this when I first checked in which they didn’t. Then, when I called throughout the day asking if it’s finished, it took hours for them to complete this maintenance. I was just so disappointed that instead of saying I’m sorry, this will get resolved soon, the response I received was well there was information posted by the elevator. What a horrible customer service. I will never stay here again.

The check in took 30 minutes. I had three bags and no offer for help. I was given a key to a room that someome else was in and the front desk guy took another 29 Minutes to get me a room and was surely with me as if I was the reasons the room was occupied. He saw me struggle with my three bags and still made no offer to help. Then I get into the room and the aircon did not work. The hotel is dirty and unpleasant. I wouldn’t stay there again.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la habitación es muy cómoda y grande, falta mantenimiento, las ventanas estaban sucias, pero ya desde años. El baño muy bien, pero, dejaron papel higiénico ya empezado, raro. Tuve que pedir, no me cambiaron las toallas, como estuve 2 noches, puede pasar. El desayuno no es gran cosa, está bien. El parquing lo cobran por sepaeado, caro, y es demasiado chico, complicado parquear, y solo tienen 5.
