Truly a wonderful stay in the heart of Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter. The hotel reached out before our arrival and even offered to help arrange airport transportation, which was a thoughtful touch. A special thank you to Stacy at the front desk. She was exceptionally kind, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. Her warm hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, and her customer service was truly outstanding. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Barcelona. Highly recommended!

The only negative thing I would say is the picture advertising the hotel no way reflects what a great stay this was. The picture just shows where you get the elevator to go to the second floor of the building where the hotel is located. This was one of the best places we ever stayed.

This place was amazing! Location, room amenities, and the staff was super helpful and accommodating. The place is in the heart of the Gothic Quarter and everything is walkable! Food, shopping, and the experience of Barcelona are at your doorstep. Secure and safe building and location! I would consider this a Speakeasy Botique Hotel and would definitely check this place out! This is a fantatisc hotel. Rioms are new and large. The bed was great. It is a perfect boutique hotel. The location is great. Right out the door to Gothic Quarter. Staff was attentive. I will definitely stay here the next time Inam in Barcelona.

We loved our stay here! Room 18 was spacious and even had an upstairs loft with sitting area and tv. Staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful with local tips and arranging a taxi to the airport. Great location also with lots of close places to see and eat/snack/drink.

Great interior, fantastic location, and friendly staff. Our bed broke while I was sitting on it, and despite attempts to fix it, it broke again shortly after. They upgraded us to a better room, and a manager mentioned this issue has occurred before, which I find unusual. I hope they find a lasting solution to prevent injuries. I still recommend this place for its location, appealing interior, and helpful staff.

Hostel turned into hotel. The privacy of it was nice but it was incredibly difficult to find. Once there, we were charged an early checking fee of 70€ even tho our room was very much ready with a personalized note for me. Very small room. Walls are paper thin. You could hear EVERYTHING from other rooms and all the noise from the front desk. Would not stay again.

The staff was extremely helpful with booking taxis and restaurant recommendations. The area around the hotel is extremely walkable and has lots to see, do and eat. It was a little hard to find when we were checking in as it’s tucked into the Galleria and has a very small sign but sure enough it is there exactly where Google maps tells you it is.
