Room was beautiful and the location was excellent as well. But what truly made the experience so incredible was the kind and helpful staff! I felt very well taken care of and plan on staying here again next time I am in Barcelona.

Nice place in a great location. The room was very small but had everything for the stay. The bathroom was a great size. Note that this hotel doesn’t have a traditional hotel entrance off the street, it’s located within a shopping galleries which requires pin access at night and lift access/stairs depending on which entrance you use, just something to be aware of.

The property was as advertised. Superior staff communication, very clean, fantastic location in the Gothic Quarter. Walkable toa everything.

We were only there for a short period and it was very very grey. Would highly recommend it.

Very helpful getting us a cab to pick us up at the airport and take us to the ship terminal. Polite staff. Room was large and bathroom big too. Very comfortable bed. Great location.

Nice hotek on the 3rd floor of an older building in the Gothic Quarter. Access thru a shopping arcade on the ground floor requires a code after 10pm

I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were wonderful, the room spotless and comfortable, and the location in Barri Gotic was perfect. I wish I had been able to stay here my entire trip!
