Room was spotless, staff were fabulous and the atmosphere was perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, thank you to everyone at Mynd Adeje!

A lovely holiday; fantastic staff. Only one frustration… menu changed midway through the holiday and many options disappeared without replacements. The logic of saving the wallet for a special meal at the end of the holiday was destroyed.

Super clean, great amenities, lovely pool and I really liked the water bottle fill spots. Restaurant food was ok, pool bar snacks were great. Wished the rooftop bar was open a tad later, same with the pool, would’ve loved a night plunge. Overall, excellent stay :)

Our first stay with Mynd Hotels, a lovely welcome, lovely staff and such a clean and beautiful hotel. Good location, close to the beach and lots of restaurants.

Stayed here for 3 nights and very much enjoyed my stay. I travelled by public transport from the airport to the hotel. The journey was two buses but the service was excellent and the drivers were helpful. The hotel itself was welcoming and clean and all of the staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and as per previous reviews there is not a kettle in the room but asked for that at reception when i checked in, you donhave to supply your own coffee/tea. Breakfast buffet suited me and all but once had lunch and dinner at the hotel, i would highly recommend the Beef Medallion. Getting a sunbed was no problem and a great view from the rooftop terrace. There are shops nearby and a choice of bars and restaurants. I enjoyed a daily walk down to the beach. My only criticism, but this was personal to me, i found the mattress too hard. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Awesome breakfast buffet, Staff were amazing !!! We were welcome by Abrina “front desk” and she went over in detail about the hotel events, we even had a DJ at the rooftop with an a amazing view !!! And special events with several singers from Tenerife. Definitely, definitely we’ll be back again for sure !!! Thanks again for all your hard work !!!! God bless you all !!!

Great property, amenities, spotless room and very kind staff! Everything was great and the bed was very comfortable. The only suggestion would be to reconsider what image they’re marketing. Turn off the exceptionally loud pool music. It gave the impression that they were trying to push a young and hip vibe for the place but that simply wasn’t the kind of clientele on site. Likewise, soundproofing the room doors to combat the basketball court right outside everyone’s room would be wise. Very bizarre location for the court.

Very lovely spot to stay.would definitely recommend for couples area is nice and quiet plenty of food options. Very relaxing hotel. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Stayed for 10nighys with my partner and we loved it definitely would come back here!

Mynd Adeji has some really good points - the credit system works very well indeed. The guest portal web app is well designed. All the staff are super friendly and nice. The service in the rooftop bar is incredibly slow sometimes and I have no idea why they haven't implemented mobile ordering. They're definitely losing revenue from people waiting. The breakfasts are very good with decent variety and lunch snacks are limited but tasty. The evening meals are very lacklustre with a couple of bright spots. The hummous is quite horrible (made without olive oil or tahini and with the texture of a brick). Some main meels feel a little unfinished, without veg or salad and no option for side dishes. Baked cheesecake was nice though.

Wonderful stay at Mynd Adeje! Quick and easy check in, loved the wallet for our half board/credit, professional friendly staff and the hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well kept in all areas. No wonder so many people return to this hotel for their holidays, Mynd is the perfect place to stay.

Excellent hotel. The eco voucher scheme works really well and gave us a lot of credit to use for meals and drinks. Staff very friendly. Breakfast superb. Evening meals were ok but not the best. Lots of safe street parking in front of hotel. Fresh cocktails! Roof top bar and pool are wonderful.

The hotel was lovely but what made it excellent was the staff. Great pool, great atmosphere, and the breakfast was first class and unhurried. Highly recommend.

Second year running at this hotel and we noticed a decline in the restaurant quality. Love the pool area and roof top bar tho. Hoping for a loyalty recognition if we return again.

Very good, would re visit

Naomi made me give this say an extra star, one person being helpful can change everything. She went out of her way to be friendly and supportive to me and my son, helping us with our queries, greeting him like family making suggestions regarding travel and rushing after us at the bus stop to give us the mobile phone I’d left (accidentally) in the room!! She deserves an accolades and a pay rise. In other good aspects, the hotel was modern and very clean. The lifeguard on poolside was very friendly with my son. The water meditation was a treat worth indulging in. Beds were actually comfortable, twins with a gap which was perfect for us. Less good, my email prior to arriving went unanswered, Our check in was very robotic and cold, even annoyed that we had arrived. We were only told housekeeping left at 3pm in relation to my question about the bed configuration. We were told no helpful information (not even when breakfast would be served or where facilities were). I watched Naomi check in another couple and realised the staff are hit and miss; they were welcomed and given information. The welcome is key. I hope management can recognise the value in feedback is learning and not be defensive as I’ve seen responses in other reviews.

Nice hotel. Very clean and well maintained. The cleaners are very friendly, but the reception staff i felt you have to say hello first. Location not the best.

Stayed in a Balibed room, these are located over reception with solar panels on the roof so no view at all of the pool, room was lovely but very disappointing view so wouldn’t pay for one of these rooms again. Also if you put the do not disturb sign on the door the cleaners just ignore it!!! Wasn’t overly impressed with the buffet breakfast either, bacon and eggs were cold every morning. It was a lovely hotel and we probably would stay again but will be more wary of which room we booked.

The room layout was awful. Our terrace overlooked the carpark. We needed to shut our curtains when getting dressed. The sink was in the bedroom area so no privacy. Would not book again.
