Great hotel! Stayed here for a week. Staff were nice. Short walking distance to the Metro, tons of food options around. Also, the hotel bar staff Raul and Daniel were awesome!!

Confusion when booking in as had messaged Hotel on 2 platforms as plane was delayed so had to miss connecting flight so were arriving a day later.
The hotel had no record of our booking, though I did give them my booking reference number and details, but were able to book us in and paid original price. They had cancelled our booking as a no show. Room we were given was smaller than the one booked.
Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Great location and easy access to Metro system.

The reason I booked it is it is close to the football stadium. The room is clean and staff is good.
But the room is way too small for our 3 people. It doesn’t even have a table for my laptop. The space is too small for our luggage.

Clean, quiet hotel, nice bar.
10min walk from Nuevos Ministerios metro stop, and another 5 min walk the other direction to Alvarado metro station, so you can pretty much get anywhere you need to.
Excellent food available on C. de Bravo Murillo, Mercado de Maravillas was a highlight for me.

The hotel is fine, nothing special itself. The bar staff is lovley and the manager take accountability, however it seems like that the receptionist main soft skills is to be rude, they dont listen and they all have quite an accondisending tone which is simply annoying. Overall the hotel facilities are nice but is defenetly not worth the money that they asking. I strongly raccomand to go elsewhere youll find same service for much cheeper 3 hotel stars or much better service in a different 4 star in the city.
