The hotel security is not good. Everyone can go into the hotel lobby freely. My backpack was stolen in front of the lobby.

The place is very nice especially when you want to explore Madrid's city centre. Tourist attractions, shopping centres, and others are easily accessed from the hotel by walking. You will not regret to choose and stay at NYX Madrid. Talking about hotel staffs? I don't have any words to express except "Awesome"
