Remolars 3 Townhouse

This is a very convenient apartment in the old town but just a block in from waterfront. Great apartment. It was very quiet. The appliances are all pretty new. Only complaint was some food smells in the evening from a restaurant. Recommend.

Property manager was helpful and accommodating. She even assisted with coordinating a taxi for travel to the airport and made other recommendations for places to go and things to do.

Really enjoyed our 4 day break to Palma. The apartment is in the perfect location to explore the old town of Palma, the beaches and of course the Cathedral. Very clean with everything you could need, shower, hairdryer, Nespresso coffee machine etc. We were on the 3rd floor and the stairs are a bit steep but no real problem fo us and the added bonus of a roof top terrace gave us the opportunity to have a glass of wine in the early spring evening before going out for tapas.

Great little flat in a super area. Everything that Palma has to offer is on your doorstep but the flat is situated in a quiet side street. The owner Paola was lovely and on hand with suggestions for nice restaurants etc. We will return.

This flat was spotlessly clean and decorated to a very high standard. All rooms were spacious and the kitchen was more the adequate with hob, oven, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge (which was a little on the small side). There was a dining table that could have sat six and a sofa and television. The bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed with a spacious wardbrobe (which Ideally needed more hangers) and another TV. There was an air con unit in both the living area and the bedroom and we were able to keep the flat beautifully cool in the hot August weather. The flat was layed out as such that we were able to such out any street noise. The location was excellent. The street itself was very quite and not a main thoroughfare but after turning a corner or two you found yourself in the heart of the city. Minutes from the main sights, losts of bus stops and various eateries and shops. The airport bus dropped us a ten minute walk away and the main transport hub station on plaza de España was about a 15 minute walk away. It wasn't a problem for us but the flat did have very steep steps

Supper bra läge, nära till allt.

En liten bekväm lägenhet med ett fantastiskt läge mitt i den mysigaste delen av Palma med många restauranger och tapasbarer. Perfekt för parresa. Vi flanerade ut på på långpromenader på dagarna längs vattnet bort mot både Arenal och åt andra hållet mot Illetas.

Très beau appartement avec une super vu dans le vieux majorque .terrasse en haut du bâtiment ou vous pouvez passer un moment tranquille. Un petit inconvénient les escaliers qui sont raide et haut pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Ceux qui aime l architecture , les monuments anciens et les arts modernes . Chaque petites ruelles , nous donnes toujours de nouvelles surprise.

Varmvattnet räcker för 2 personer att duscha. Vi var 3 vuxna och ett barn. Bäddsoffan gnisslar så fort man försöker ta sig i eller ur. Min dotter och man fick ont i ryggen efter 2 nätter i sängen. Annars är det ok med hyfsat utrustat kök, disk och tvättmaskin. Om man är ljuskänslig kan det vara störande med bodegan på andra sidan gatan framför allt vid stängningstid. Vi valde lägenheten på första våningen pga trapporna, den är tydligen minst av alla. Incheckningen fungerade bra, Paola kom på avtalad tid.

Modern lägenhet som hade tvätt,disk och Nespresso maskin,ja allt man behövde! Läget var perfekt med gångavstånd till gamla stan,hamnen och mysigt torg. Vi hyrde även cyklar runt hörnet hos Nano bicycle,dom tog vi oss sen till portixol med där vi solade och badade halva dagen. Tillbaka igen hade man nära till mysiga affärer och resturanger,bl.a. en nyöppnad indisk med fantastiskt god mat och personlig service. Vi kan verkligen tänka oss att komma tillbaka!

Super à tous point de vues !!! Palaos vous accueillera avec sourire et conseils. L'appartement est au calme à 100 mètres de la cathédrale et plein centre. Pas besoin de voiture, les taxis sont vraiment abordable et facile à trouver dans le secteur. Sans doute l'une des meilleurs places dans Palma !!!

Excellent place to use as base for Mallorca excursions - near more restaurants in Palma then you need and walking distance to shopping and the Cathedral. Parking (cheap) just by the harbor cross the street makes it simple to handle a car. Only negative should have balcony and a view - but does not say it has.

Jättebra litet lägenhetshotell. Nära centrum och många trevliga restauranger. Vi fick plats 2 vuxna med barn 12&15. Mycket trevligt bemötande av ägare, och allt fungerade fint.

don,t expect to sleep well if there is a family with children obove you. you here everything they say or do but otherwise its a perfect apartment.

Todo excelente, la ubicación, a metros de todo lo que hay que visitar de la ciudad. El apartamento está renovado por completo, con detalles de diseño y calidad. Excelentemente equipado y confortable, nos sentimos como en casa.

Bodde i øverste leilighet. Bratte trapper opp, men leiligheten var helt super! Veldig godt utstyrt kjøkken m vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin, micro, stekeovn, plater, Nespresso maskin, brødrister etc. Sovesofa i stua- denne var ikke god å sove på, men det er det eneste jeg har å utsette på leiligheten. Veldig hyggelige kontaktpersoner! Perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til shopping, barer og restauranter, marina etc. Det var også felles takterrasse - helt supert!

Jättetrevlig liten lägenhet. Dock är det mycket trappor. Mycket trevlig ägare.

子連れで宿泊、街の中心部でパルマの街を楽しむには最適のロケーション。ホテルではないので直接電話で鍵の受け渡し等を行うので英語力は少し必要、電話も必要。とても親切な対応と気の利いた室内は本当にリラックスできました。エレベーターが無く階段で上る必要があるので足が丈夫な人向けの宿。

The best location and very friendly staff. Early check-in no problem.
