Room was available early for weary travelers. The upstairs rooftop bar/lounge was not open. Room was a decent size and front desk was very helpful. Also, great location.

Well located, this property is worth considering if you’re the kind who doesn’t mind walking around, including going to the main centres of attraction (Museo Nacional del Prado, Reina Sofia Museo, etc.).
The staff is very friendly and ready to give you a hand in case you’re looking for restaurants.
The breakfast buffet is well served but might need some extra in the “health section” with more choices.

The hotel is well located in Chueca near Gran Via. Attractions, dining, museums are within walking distance and Metro stations nearby. My room was spacious with a comfortable bed and bathroom.

The hotel staff was so nice. We arrived quite early from the airport and with my 90 y.o. mother, planning to just leave the luggage and kill some time before check in. But, the hotel staff was so nice they insisted my mother go and relax in the room. Everything was perfect during our stay.
