Check in was really smooth. The crew at the front desk was very friendly and willing to help. The location is superb. The only thing that I was not happy about was that the room was never made on the last day of my stay. I left the room around 10am and came back around 4pm to a room that was not touched at all. These are details that need to be taken care of. It was a flaw in my stay for sure.

Property is outdated rooms are beyond tacky! The hallways are dark and ugly! The property needs a revamp!

This staff at front desk was great. We got there before check-in time and they told us room wouldn’t be ready until 3pm. We were able to leave our luggage there. Before we knew it they called us and got us our room early. Room was very spacious and bed was very comfortable. The roof top view and bartender were the icing on the cake. We enjoyed the seasonal Vino Tito de el verano. The location was walkable to main site or easy to catch a taxi. Loved the hotel would stay again.

Staying here was an absolute treat. Easily the best hotel I stayed at in Spain, and one of the best ever. We were upgraded to a terrace suite facing the square and had the best pride weekend. Beautiful roof deck where we made lots of friends, great location, and very friendly staff.

Really nice modern hotel, beautiful spacious and comfortable room. Most importantly it has excellent air con that is quiet. Very nice location near to Chueca

Great location in the middle of Chueca, with a small roof deck pool to cool off. Room was nice and clean, with good beds. Staff was friendly.

Nice hotel, good room, close to everything, quiet enough around

Roommate Óscar is a very nice, hotel. It is quiet, clean, centrally located and the staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast was THE BEST we had on our entire 11 days throughout Spain. The selection was endless and everything was so fresh! We will stay here again if we come back to Madrid.

Clean hotel with great staff and amazing rooftop

Great prime location especially if you are a first time visitor to Madrid, everything is walking distance . Had some issues with getting hot water in the rooms which made showering tough since it was cold. We told staff but they never fixed it. Front Desk reception were very nice and helpful! The room was outdated and very bad lighting, but we enjoyed the rooftop pool with bar. Overall good stay if you’re only coming in for a couple days since the location is great, but overpriced for quality of rooms .

Great hotel very friendly and helpful staff. Very modern and clean- great location

The hotel says that they have luggage storage and when I was leaving the hotel they told me that it's only during the hotel stay (why do I need that if I have a room?). It was the first time in my life that this happens. They advertise this servicen in the web page and I booked specially for that. The rooms are paper thin you can hear everything that happens outside. They put cofee the first day, and that was it. I leave the hotel feeling really disappointed (this never happens to me)

Great hotel , great location, comfy beds, great shower , quiet too- we were at the back looking over the rooftops. Friendly staff too!

El hotel muy muy bueno, excelente ubicación, el desayuno a buen precio y bien variado con comida de excelente calidad. El personal super atento, tu vimos un inconveniente con un mal olor de las cañerias del hotel que salia del ducto del aire acondiconado, sin embargo el personal tomo accion y nos cambiaron la habitación de inmediato. Tiene una terraza en la azotea del hotel desde donde se ve la ciudad y la atención divina. La habitación con muy pero muy buen espacio y muy comoda.

Everything was great! We were greeted by Dante who was really warm and we got given a room at the top floor near the pool. We only stayed overnight but we’d definitely choose this hotel again when we come back to Madrid. So good!

Amazing Stay! Staff was friendly and attentive. The one downside was that there was no gym and the pool closed fairly early
